Staff was unhelpful and wouldnt let us redeem our Holiday Inn Rewards with them!

My boys and i enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The boys especially liked the breakfast in the morning and watching tv while we ate. Thanks Holiday Inn.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past 2 years. It is consistently the best choice in Woodstock. The room is clean, the breakfast buffet is filling, and the staff is helpfull.

Spent a night there on my way driving from CT to TN. Very convenient off of I-81. Lots of chain restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Immaculate! I enjoyed my stay @ this hotel. The lobby itself is a welcoming site. It is beautifully decorated and the ENTIRE staff were very professional, upbeat and very friendly. The room I stayed in was very nicely decorated, clean and the bed was very comfortable. At first I was a little disappointed that it was 30 miles north from Luray Caverns […] (my fault) however after making the drive, it wasn't bad at all and it was definitely the better choice than staying in Luray! HI-Express in Woodstock, VA is a great value - excellent rooms, in excellent condition, nice staff and a full breakfast. Can't beat it!

My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for the weekend and the holiday in was perfect.the staff was nicd and helpful in finding a pace to fo for dinner. The room was very clean and comfertable. We stayed in the suite with the big hot tub. We will deffinetly visit again.

I was really great the breakfast there was wonderful and had so much variety! We were there to avoid Hurricane Irene taking our power and for the safety of our family. We were disappointed that we had to leave a day early to go home and care for our house because we would miss the wonderful breakfast! I was very pleased with the customer service and support from the staff during our stay. It was during Hurrican Irene. The staff was very accomodating and very upbeat.

Outstanding facility in superb condition supplemented by first class staff. Perfect location for seeing caverns which are about 20 miles away. The staff was extremely attentive to any need. Clean, convenient, easy to reach. Breakfast wasn't the best, but, hey, it's free, filling and plentiful.

We stayed at this hotel as we were unable to get a room closer to Luray. Thus despite being being further away, it ended up being a very pleasant stay. Not only was the hotel just off I-81 (thus offering great road connections to our next day travel), but the property itself was top notch. Rooms, common areas were all very clean and well kept. Close to Luray Caverns. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a full service and delicious! They could use more tables since there were so many of us there. Their pool was beautiful but cold. We had a nice time. Convenient. Right of I 81.

We were driving from Gettysburg to Charlotte, NC and this was right on the way off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to grab some take out from. We needed a crib for our 1 year old and they brought it right up! Great hotel to get some rest at during our road trip.

I like to choose Holiday INN express, because everything is new and clean. Just half hour from Luray Cavern. price is reasonable.

Hotel looks very nice from outside but it is not maintained from inside especially guest rooms. But hotel staff is really very nice.

We stayed here one night, it was a very comfortable stay. Nice and clean, good breakfast, very close to the highway. I did not realize, but it is quite far from Luray Cavrens, which was our destination - about a 30 minute drive...

We stayed here for 4 nights recently so we could visit attractions in the surrounding area. The hotel itself was great value for money-clean,comfortable and quiet. We used the small gym and guest laundry with no problems and found the staff courteous and helpful. This brand new hotel was clean and seemed well run. The only concern was that clearly the franchisee was cutting corners in his equipment purchases. I was ok with the ancient Sony WEGA TV (instead of a flat screen, which should be pretty affordable these days). I would have been fine with used luggage bench, EXCEPT the covering was filthy and did not […] seem to have been cleaned. THAT was kind of disgusting and reflects poorly on the operation longer term. For the price, this was a great overnight. Efficient, professional staff. I have stayed here before and will again. Only drawback is proximity to "fast food alley".

I Drove 9 hrs and looked forward to a good nights rest. I checked in went to my room. Went to turn on room tv but had to wash my hands because there was some sort of sticky residue on the controller. About 5 minites after that the power to the entire hotel failed.. I left the hotel drove another 3 hours to my destination. Not a good experience.

The hotel was in good condition and the staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was more then just cold cereal which is nice.

In my 7 yrs experience this was the best holiday inn if not the best hotel I've ever stayed. luxurious ambience, granite everywhere, Spotless clean ,very freindly staff, great breakfast, all added up to extremely pleasant stay. The hotel is either new or newly renovated. Really nice on the outside and inside. The room was modern and spacious except I had requested a non-smoking room and was told they only had smoking available when we checked in. The customer service was good. Breakfast in the moning had eggs, biscuits and gravy and hot cinnamon rolls along with the usual […] cereals, pastries, coffee etc. It was great that it was included, but it was so crowded they couldn't keep the food filled fast enough. I was shocked when I went down to the lobby and saw how packed it was. Next time I might opt out and pay a few dollars some where else just to avoid the crowd. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a cvs. Near several local wineries. Overall a good stay and would recommend to others. もっと読む

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, it included more than the traditional sweet rolls and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.
