文句のつけようがないです。サービスの質をはじめ、インテリアの美しさから、利便性の良さまで非常に良かったです。 一点、インターネットへの接続ですが、このレベルのホテルにしてはそこそこの値段で利用できます。ただし、ケーブルを使わない場合は、接続が途切れてしまうことが頻繁にあるため、ケーブル使用をお勧めします。ちなみに、優先的にラインを使用するためには、プレミアム価格を支払うという選択肢があり、通常の倍額です。 上記のチェック項目の素晴らしさは言うまでもないのですが、コンシェルジェにお願いすればプリントアウトを無料でしてもらえるのが感動的でした。こんなことはこれまでなかったので。（もちろんチップは渡しました。） あと、このレベルのホテルでは洗濯に困ることが多いのですが（下着を一枚洗ってもらう […] のに5ドルなどということがざらにあり…）、こちらには、洗濯機3台、乾燥機3台があるランドリーがあり、それぞれたった2ドルで使用できます。洗濯ができることによって持っていく荷物を減らすことができ助かりました。ちなみに潜在はランドリーにはないので、持参するか現地購入で対応できます。 もっと読む

今回は、カナダに留学中の息子に会うために、バンクーバーで待ち合わせをしました。できるだけ利便性の良いダウンタウンでのホテルが希望でした！ ホテルに着いてから部屋に案内されたのですが、とても狭かったので、日本人スタッフの方にお願いして、２LDKの部屋に変更してもらいました。（親切な対応で助かりました）1日５０＄UPでしたが、非常に快適に過ごせました。キッチンが付いていたので、朝夕自炊できたし、、２ベッドルームだったので親子別々にゆったりと眠れました。何よりリビングで大きめのソファーに座り、家族がまるで自宅にいるような感覚で4泊できた事は、久しぶりに会った息子との時間をより一層楽しめました。隣にスーパーがあるので買い物も楽でしたし、徒歩圏に何でもあるので、立地条件も最高でした！今度またバンクーバ […] ーに行くことがあったら、もう一度宿泊したいホテルでした。 もっと読む

今回は１日だけの滞在でしたが、部屋の清潔さ利便性の良さ、色んな事を含め最高でした。 近隣には食事をするところや、スーパーもあり、短い滞在で動くには大満足です。 是非、お奨めしたいと思います。

ロブソン通りに近く、観光に至便。スタッフも優秀。部屋も快適。文句の付けようがない。

最初間違えてスイートを予約したかと心配したぐらい広い部屋でした。おそらく予約したのがno-refundableで数量限定の部屋だったからだと思います。それでも値段は一番安いお部屋とほぼ同じでした。寝室が2つありキングとクイーンサイズのベッド。トイレも二つあり，そのほかにリビングとダイニング，キッチンまでついてます。テレビも50インチぐらいとかなり大きくてスピーカーも5.1chサラウンド。本当に夢のような一時でした。旅行先でホテルに長くいたいと思ったのは初めてです。 立地やフロントの対応なども満足だったのですがあまりにも部屋の豪華な印象が強いので今回のレビューはそれメインで。 皆さんもラッキーだったらこういういいお部屋に泊まれるかも！

Hotel was nice, room was a fair size, beautiful view. Duvet had a large, unknown, crusty stain on it, bathtub had some rust-coloured water marks on the edge of tub which rubbed off. Nice location if you want to be right in the city action. Parking was 40.00 a day which was a bit much in my opinion. Bar connected to Hotel is very expensive for drinks so beware.

I have stayed twice at the Sutton Place Hotel in the last 60 days and both stays were exemplary in terms of friendliness and comfort. I generally do not sleep well in hotels but that was not the case at the Sutton Place Hotel. The hotel is in a fairly urban environment but city noise was barely noticeable. Very nice room with an excellent view of Burrard street. Many restuartants and shopping very close by!! Had a great stay!!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of great coffee shops, stores and a wonderful Yoga studio...Helpful staff..informative and welcoming...an overall positive experience!

We loved this hotel. It has a great location, excellent service, and a quality atmosphere. The only downside were the overly soft beds that led to my wife and I both having sore backs in the morning.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Wonderful location and the rooms are a good size with lovely views. Only issue was the aircon/heating system which was a little difficult to get right. Room was either too hot or too cold. No free WiFi! Why do hotels in this price range still not provide this basic service without charge? Great service throughout thd hotel, very friendly.

Great central location, close to shopping and theatres. Really enjoyed all the fresh flower arrangements in the lobby and bar, gorgeous orchids, tulips and more. I was in Vancouver for a quick overnight stay and chose the Sutton Place sue mainly to its proximity to where I was conducting business. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room itself was very nice with a comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. Fantastic Hotel and staff, But $40 to park for one night!!!

The personnel were courteous and helpful. The restaurant had fine ambiance and excellent food. The room was neat, clean and tastefully decorated. Located in the center of Vancouver virtually everything was within walking distance. Overall, a delightful 3 day stay.

room was fine , my wife stayed futher into the day and was very pleased with the pool and hot tub, hotel , etc, We plan on re booking again in june sometime . thnks tom

Hotel is well located. We have stayed at the Sutton over the yeas and are pleased that it is still well maintained and continues to offer a high level of personal service. People knew our names and treated us very personally.

Great hotel, have stayed here twice now and both times has been a very good experieces. The rooms are nice and the bar has great drinks. I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is fabulous! We wanted to be able to spend a night downtown, park the car, and not have to use it until we went home. If that is what you want this is your hotel. I had a fantastic stay at the Sutton Place Hotel. The staff were courteous and prompt. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I had a great view of the city and will definitely come back to stay again. I also had an amazing massage at the Vida spa which is located in the hotel.

Broken TV was never fixed. Internet, free at Starbucks, cost $20/day, and they block content (like YouTube). For such a posh hotel, it was surprisingly low in quality of service.

Excellent in every respect. Friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Ideal location for downtown Vancouver. We will be back!!

Great hotel, close to all the downtown shopping. Wonderful staff, so friendly and nice. They have heated swimming pool and hot tub. The swimming pool wasn't as large as I thought, but still nice. There's a supermarket on the next block so don't worry about eating from the expensive minibar. I would definitely come here again.

Just before Christmas we stayed for 2 nights at the Sutton Place and loved it. The hotel staff were more than pleasant, the hotel had an air of luxury and the location was superb being so close to Robson St. The rooms were nicely appointed except for the very slippery cover on the bed. We spent most of the night picking it from floor. A change of fabric […] is a suggestion or just a small coverlet at the end of the bed with the duvet cover wrapped in two sheets as is done in many hotels might work better. I have stayed at the sutton hotel before but this recent stay was a bad experience. I flew in from Asia, was jet lagged and needed sleep badly. However the air con was very noisy, and the curtains DId not block out the daylight at the 2 ends where it meets the corner walls. As a result, I was not sleeping well. On my last day there, I had beef tenderloin […] room service and then had diarrhea shortly after that. Great location, amazing staff and beautiful rooms. The Sutton is one of the best places to stay in Vancouver, BC. I can't say one thing negative about it.

The location is fabulous and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. My favourite hotel in Vancouver!

We have stayed at this location several times, I have complained about the noise of the elevator in my room on at least two occasions. I found the pillows on the bed to soft. We do like the Hotel and it's location. The staff are very helpful and polite

The Sutton Place Hotel is very nice. However, our room service was rather slow the first night as our room was not cleaned by 5pm. I had to call to make sure it was going to happen. Luckily we had plans for the evening. We also noticed that the robes that are placed in the closet for us to use were not there. Normally, this isn't a problem for us, […] but the shower leaked quite a bit (*probably* our fault, but we're not 100% sure) and soaked some pjs. A robe would have been nice to have at that point. Finally, there was no extra blanket in the closet for us to use.Being that the bedding was rather light for winter-time, having one that's readily available would have been nice. Sutton Place was a terrific place to stay. The room and hotel was lovely and the staff helpful. It's an active and lively part of town so getting good food and getting out around Vancouver was easy. The amentiies that a business travelor look for...free internet and such, were expensive but that was my only complaint.
