I was very pleased overall with my stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area was well taken care of, including towels that were replenished well before they ran out. We had a great time. The hotel was very accommodating. We needed a fridge and it was sent up and later called for some silverware to eat some desserts and everything was taken care of. Excellent location--nearing the Westroads shopping mall, movie theater, great restaurants. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Clean and comfortable. Would stay there again no question.

The hotel was very clean, curtious and spacious. It was very relaxing and comfortable even though we were in Omaha on business. The chop house had excellant service and food. With snow storms it came in very handy for business.

Thought this would be a great location and got it for a good rate. But...they said 3 adults could stay in our room. We had our niece and she had to try out two different blow up mattresses on the floor, that deflated during the night, near a very cold ceiling to floor window. She got little sleep. They did not give us anything different for the next […] few nights so we changed out hotels. When we told them we needed something different, they said there was nothing else. You could tell this place was built in the 70's - that wierd concrete construction. But they have done some remodeling, so the rooms are pretty modern and comfortable. I had to add a day to my stay, and went to the front desk, where I was told (by a very snarky young clerk)that I would have to call hotels.com directly to get the same rate. When I did, […] somehow the extra day didn't show up on their system, and I had to go 'round and 'round with them to get it resolved. Also, for some strange reason, when my wife went to breakfast in their restaurant (while I was checking out and taking the luggage to the car), they seated her at a tiny table next to the busboy station - when many very nice tables sat empty. Maybe I'm sensitive to this stuff, but I spent much of my youth working in higher end restaurants, and that sort of thing just isn't done. My wife is a physician, and I'm an English professor, so we weren't walking around in rags, but somehow I felt that we got treated just a little less thoughtfully by the staff than other guests. もっと読む

I don't stay in a hotel until I read the reviews of previous guests online and in comparing reviews to other hotels near the airport, this was the one for me. Walking into the room, it was very pleasing to the eye, very clean and most important to me the bed was comfortable and it was quiet! Front desk was friendly and willing to answer questions re […] restaurants and directions. It was an overnight stay before flying home, even though it was 9+ miles (approx 20 min) from the airport. The hotel had a restaurant that served breakfast, but we wanted to stop on the way to the airport. We decided to get out of town for a 3-night get away and selected this hotel as our first night stay. We arrived and checked in with no issues and to a very nice staff reception. Our room was clean, put together exceptionally well and appointed very nicely. The bed was to die for, it was soft the comforter was plush and the pillows (there was a selection […] of soft, medium, and hard) were piled high. The TV was appropriate and a flat screen, with a network drop for the laptop. Nothing was out of place, and it was a pleasure to stay there. Went to the truck show in Gretna and had a wonderful stay at the Omaha Marriott.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The chef made a great omlet. We enjoyed the pool, it was very refreshing since it was the hottest day of the year in Omaha. The bed was very comfortable and the room was kept clean.

If you are looking for a good hotel out in the 'burbs, this is it. Clean, well kept, well equipped. I travel a lot on business and tend toward Mariott's. This one has about the nicest fitness center of typical business hotel.
