ロサンゼルス エアポート マリオット (Los Angeles Airport Marriott)格安予約

カスタマーサービスが酷すぎる。お勧めは、残念ながら出来ません。webサイトでは、デラックスルームで予約しても、全然違かった。フロントに聞いたら、「デラックスルームでは予約されていない。デラックスルームには、別途料金がかかる・・・」とのこと。なんで、予約の詳細にデラックスルームってしっかり書いてあるのにも関わらず。残念なホテルです。

早朝、ＬＡ空港より日本やあるいは、米国の他地域に出発するためには、空港近くでは最適です。 ただし、マリオットにしてはホテルのサービスは いま一つよくなく、わたくしも今回、２日間宿泊し、その後、アナハイムに移動し、さらに帰国の便がＳＦＣ経由の早朝便でしたので、フロントでさらに１日予約しようとしたのですが、ネットで 再度予約してくれと受け付けてくれませんでした。結局、いい料金の部屋はなく、ほかのホテルを予約しました。 フロントのサービスが年々、悪くなっているようです。残念です。

空港に近くて、到着ゲートからのバス乗り場までも分かりやすい。バスはそれぞれ車に搭載の電光掲示板に行き先案内を行っている為、バスを乗り間違えることもない。 ホテルは決して新しいわけではないが十分快適に過ごせる。 朝食の品数は多くはないが、味はかなり良い。 朝食のワッフルは凄く美味しい。 多分世界で一番美味しいワッフルかも！？ 周辺には空港以外何もないサークルKまで歩いて10分 だが早く閉まるし、道中は人影が無く不安になる。 サンタモニカまでtaxiで25分40ドル程。 トランジットかレンタカー有りの場合はGood!!! WiFiが無料で使えるプランを利用したが接続簡単でSPEEDもgood. 費用対効果はかなり良し！ 朝食のワッフルの為だけにでもまた生きたい

LAX空港へはわずか10分、しかも15分から20分おきに無料のシャトルが運行。 ロサンゼルス周辺はフリーウェイの渋滞が多いので、搭乗便を待つためにホテルとしては最適です。 （付近にはヒルトンやルネッサンスもあり同様に便利だと思います） ホテル自体は建築からすでに時間がたっているようですが設備や部屋のメンテナンスは十分で、ホテルのスポーツバーは金額が安く、ロビー階にはコンビにもあり、付近のハンバーガーショップにも徒歩圏内です。

The reason I stayed at this hotel is because it was near the airport and I thought it would be convenient on my quick business trip. Boy was I wrong. We had th call the Marriott twice to come pick us up at the airport . We waited 35 minutes for the shuttle. Leaving the hotel was just as bad. This was our second stay at this location and it did not disappoint. The location is centrally lacerated, the staff are very helpful the restaurants and sports bar are solid..The rooms are clean and roomy.

Great hotel very close to airport which was what we wanted. Got there in no time. Excellent staff. Clean room. Only complaint is that the hotel is so big so a lot of walking to get to your room. Other than that great.

This was our second time at the Marriot LA Airport while waiting for our conecting flight to Switzerland we choose this Hotel and got a good Night sleep before our long journey home. we can only recomend this Hotel.

The hotel staff is abundant and wonderful. They were everywhere to help you. The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The pool area was beautiful. Things I didnt like: $25 per night to park in self parking Shower never got hot. Luke warm was best we could get it, and we had 2 rooms over 4 days, so novody could every get a hot shower.

It was perfect for what we needed!

I have been coming to this hotel since 2003 every time I have to fly out from LAX very early in the morning. I have to say that I was very impressed with this hotel. I've stayed at a few other hotels near LAX and none of them were as clean, quiet, or as comfortable as the Ramada. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a good nights sleep before or after a flight.

Good service, nice shuttle drivers, clean room, and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!!! I wish I could've stayed in bed a lot longer, but I had a plane to catch!

This hotel is OVERPRICED in every way possible. There is a "fee" for EVERYTHING! The restroom light is sensor activated and shuts off every 15 seconds, regardless if you're still in the restroom. I found this extremely inconvenient when taking a shower.

The nearby shuttle makes this a great place to stay near LAX. The pool is also very nice, even on beautiful days in December. Nearby Manhattan Beach is a fun place to walk, eat and shop- take the shuttle!

Everything was ok, but I think the room operator people should work on their additude. I mean if you have a question they shouldn't get mad that you ask. Other than that everything was ok.

If ou need an airport hotel at LAX, the Marriott is a good choice.

Arrived a. day ahead of time. Called hotel and they said that we could stay in the same room that we had reserverd for the next day. I recommend this hotel because the pice is very economical through hotels.com. Double check the overnight parking if you need it - that was a little pricey.

quality! Great Room! The only problem is the effect of soundproof.

Good all around hotel for location and value. Near LAX. Only complaint is that the blankets were thin, and it was a very cool evening. Unable to adjust the thermostat. Finally called room service to bring up extra blankets which helped.

Pretty close to LAX. The sound insulation is great! Unfortunately both the internet access and the car parking are not complimentary...

Stayed at the hotel the first weekend of November and just needed a place close to the airport that offered a free shuttle. Hotel is large and modern but be prepared to shell out $20+ for parking and $10+ for wi-fi. Overall, nothing special but nothing to complain about either. Would stay there again if I needed an airport hotel.

If this is your first stay at a Marriot hotel, chances are it will be your last. The hotel area is large and has lots of rooms but the rooms are very small. The shower water was not very warm. The fan was noisy and it took three calls and one trip to the reception to turn it off. Asked for hot water and never got it. If you must stay, do not eat at champions bar. The sandwiches are not good at all. There is a starbucks that is open from 5 am. The shuttle to airport was also convenient. But at best this is a 3 star hotel or worse and they make no attempt to make you feel good about your stay!
