The not so good stuff: The bed was not comfortable for the class of hotel, they need to change them for better ones. Superb location for what we were in London to do. You know what you are getting with a holiday inn. Just one thing - the bathroom was tiny and the grout between the bathroom tiles was starting to look dirty.

This is my second visit. This property was formerly the Regency Hotel, and that is what the taxi drivers still call it. It really is not a Holiday Inn except in name. We had a wonderful stay here! Hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to tube station and to Heathrow. Very clean, quiet room, staff was very nice. Only complaint we have is the concierge desk did not give us the most helpful of advice. We will definetly stay here again when going to London.

Very good location and clean, no info in room about when breakfast was, how to work rv, how to use facilities. Shower hard to use n get to work, clean but not the best. Towels thin as paper n bath towels in the wardrobe not on show. Breakfast was beautiful but expensive! Will stay somewhere else next time as this room was noisy n I slept badly

We would have been fine with the stay if not because of the hot water not functioning when we checked in at 2AM in a cold night wanting to have a quick shower and then going to sleep as soon as possible. We found instead no hot water, bath/shower tab not […] functioning correctly and bath tub flooding due to poor drainage. The first ngiht was indeed an extremely poor night sleep with our filty and smelly bodies as we could not shower. When the Duty Manager did offer to change room after they had managed to find out the problem and fixed it, but it was already 4+AM. We were too tired to change room and we had to sleep because we had business appointment in the morning which was just a few hours away. Have stayed here several times because of it's great location. Still have the same two quibbles every time though: The water pressure in the shower is laughable and the ridiculously high price of wifi here makes me run over to the Starbucks or Pret on Gloucester Road where it's free.
