今回はシンガポール赴任にあたり、犬も一緒に泊まれるホテルを探して、こちらのホテルを利用させていただきました。 ホテルもとってもキレイですし、スタッフの対応もとても気持ちよく、最高のおもてなしをしていただきました。 また日本に帰国するときは犬と一緒に泊まらせていただきます。

とてもキレイなホテルでした。部屋も広く、アメニティも全てロクシンタンで素晴らしかったです。ホテル全体にユリのいい香りが漂ってて、ロビーの雰囲気も素晴らしかったです。 ただ、立地については、最寄駅のオーチャード駅から少し距離があり、不便ではありました。タクシーを捕まえようにもタクシー乗り場にはなかなかタクシーが来ないので、近くのヒルトンホテルから乗ったりしましたが、、、オーチャード通りはタクシーが拾いづらいです。。 でも、総じて良かったと思います。 途中、ヒルトン等のホテルも覗いたりしましたが、リージェントの方が広くて素敵だったと思います。

　ホテルの外観より中はとても豪華、スタッフも常に笑顔、2,3泊なら絶対後悔しない。 　毎日人数分のペットボトル水を持て来る（無料）、ミニバーのインスタントコーヒーが無料、冷蔵庫に飲み物ギッシリジュースからワインまで（有料）料金表だけは日本語。中国語が通じない、日本語で話しても通じなかった、分かるスタッッフを呼ぼうともしなかった、英語しか対応出来ないみたい、五星のホテルにとっではちょっと残念です。それとシャワーの水温はとても不安定、ｐｍ12時前後は水温調整が効く、ｐｍ9時～10：30時使った時はCを書いたのほうからもお湯しか出なかった。 　窓の外はビル建設間最中、ウチは昼間にほどんと部屋に居なかったので、あまり騒音が感じなかった。 　シャワーの事除いたらとてもいいホテルですよ、90％満足！

オーチャード駅から距離はあるので便利な立地とは言いがたいですが、騒がしくないので静かにくつろぎたい方にはお勧めです。 私が滞在したときは団体客が多かったので、ホテルスタッフに何かを頼むときも少し待たされることが多かったのですが、概ね親切に対応していただけたので満足です。 帰国の際に空港までのタクシー予約を頼んだのですが、5ドルの予約料金が必要でした。

　ジュニアスイートに２泊しました。シンガポールでは古いホテルですが、中はとても豪華できれいで、落ち着いた雰囲気です。調度品もすばらいいです。 　朝食ビュッフェもおいしく、朝から食べ過ぎてしまいました（笑）日本語新聞も無料でもらえます。 　日本人スタッフが一人いて、今回は荷物を預かったときだけ対応頂きましたが、とても親切です。もちろん他のスタッフもパーフェクトな対応でした。また是非泊まりたいと思います。

ちょっと古い設計ではあるものの、メンテナンスは悪くない。 客層はビジネスマン（エグゼクティブ）も比較的多いので、サービスや設備は他からも評価されているのではと思います。 ただ、地下鉄へのアクセスが若干面倒です。タクシー移動で割り切ってしまえば、いいホテルだと思いますよ。 ま、もともとそんなに広くないシンガポール、タクシーも割安ですから。

３時過ぎにチェックインしました。一度部屋に荷物を置いて夕方帰ると窓のカーテンは閉めてあり、寝間着はベッドの上に、そしてスリッパはベッドの足元に並べて出してありました。ホテルなのにまるで旅館のようなサービスに驚きました。全体的大きすぎるくらいの規模ですが落ち着いてゆったりできるホテルでした。バスルームが狭めなのとプールが小さい上に泳ぎにくい環境にある（レストランから丸見え）のが玉に傷でした。でもコンシェルジュの方は私のリクエストに応えてくれましたし、従業員の方はみな親切で感じがよかったです。

Location, location, location! They got this one right. When I arrived they didnt have my room ready, since it was a business trip, I asked them if I could get access to internet and give me a place to work. They gave me both and a complimentary drink. Staffs are very good, and location is quite but easy access to Orchard.

Three of us booked in here for a 3 night stop over in Singapore. The drive from the airport was around 40minutes. The Hotel lobby is pretty impressive and the staff were very helpful throughout. Although I never ate in the Hotel and opted not to include the breakfast in my stay, we later learned while browsing the internet for local restaurant guides, […] that the restaurant at the Regent Singapore is among the best in Singapore - according to customer reviews. Unfortunately we could not afford to eat here and decided to venture out in search of cheaper venues. The Hotel is situated just off Orchard Rd which is the main shopping district. Big designer shops and shopping malls with swanky restaurants. It is great to take a walk down but if you're on a budget like we were then you are better off taking a cab or using the bus service - bus stops outside the hotel or just around the corner - to travel around and find some cheaper and more unusual places. We spent a day and a night down at the Marina where there is live music and laser shows, very relaxing. The hustle and bustle of the city was amazing and the cleanliness of the streets was inspiring but at the end of the day you need a good place to retreat to and relax. The Regent Singapore is just that, brilliant location, friendly staff, good food (supposedly) and the 2 for 1 happy hour at the bar was a life saver, as I was becoming concerned that we appeared a little cheap never eating or drinking in the Hotel. Booked by us for a 3 night stopover in Singapore enroute from Sydney to UK. Well positioned just off Orchard road but within short walking distace of it and also Botanic gardens. Hotel has the wow factor as soon as you walk into it. Service was exemplary. Would certainly re-book and recommend others to stay.

The hotel is older but well kept. The hotel provided a nice touch by giving some snacks and drinks waiting upon arrival. Staff is very efficient and helpful. The lobby and foyer conference rooms are very beautiful.

It was simply excellent- For some reason, they upgraded us to a suite. I would recommend Singapore as a top destination. It is an incredible little Island nation!!

Staff well trained hotel has nice smell lighting at right level in public areas rooms only need small amount of money spent to bring up to great standard.

Not worth the cost of the room. The decode was old,the room pretty small, the cost of food outrageously expensive.

I can start off by saying that the quality of the staff at this hotel is amazing. They were very accommodating with early check in, late check out and even the staff away from the desk were exceptionally helpful. Really my only issue with the hotel is it's housekeeping staffs peculiar habit of running multiple vacuums between the hours of midnight and […] 5 AM. This is an atrium style hotel so noise bounces. Already fighting jet lag, the steady drone of a vacuum does nothing to lull you to sleep. No qualms aside from this issue. If you are a heavy sleeper Singapore is an expensive city and this hotel is reasonable value vs. some of the larger hotels on Orchard Rd.. もっと読む

The Regent Four Seasons Singapore is a comfortable hotel with nice service--at a price. Its location is a few blocks off the hectic, garish Orchard Road, and a bit of a hike from the subway stop, but there's good, convenient bus transport right out front, which is important in SIngapore's steamy climate. I had been travelling for 6 weeks, and although my hotels in other countries were very good, i am very happy that i chose to stay at the Regent for my final 2 days abroad. The room was impeccable, the bed was perfect, service from the front desk to housekeeping was top notch. This hotel is a "must" when visiting Singapore.

Very nice hotel. 10 minute walk to Orchard Road Shopping. About 15 min to the MRT Station.

I only can recommend this hotel. Very central position (5min. to Orchard road) and great service. Friendly staff and very clean.

We booked 3 rooms for family holiday in January. Great hotel with good service. Building works next door were extremely noisy and a major issue, however when we complained they were very responsive and relocated us all to the other side of the hotel. Pool was a bit disapointing, otherwise all good.

The hotel is excellent and in a lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Singapore.

Helpful and friendly staff - fantastic room and facilities. It was a great stay after 4 weeks of backpacking. Simply the way to stay in Singapore.

Conveniently located off Orchard Road in Singapore. Warm hospitality that is unusual for Singapore ( after staying and another hotel of a similar category). The hotel looked very nice inside, and the room was in good condition as well. Service by all the staff we encountered was just superb, very cheery and helpful without exception. The location is a few mins walk from Orchard rd, but worked well for us and probably was quieter environment as well. Fitness club was pretty good while not huge. The staff was very helpful. The hotel allowed for early check in and late check out without any fuss. Overall, the stay was excellent. I highly recommend it at the price i recieved at Hotel.com

Lovely hotel in prime location near Orchard Rd but away from the bustle of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Experienced a wonderful meal at Regent Hotel restaurant, Basilico and can recommend the coffee and pastries at the Hotel Bakery. Hotel is also close to the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Thoroughly recommend.

A great hotel in a good location close to Orchard Road and within easy walking distance to the geat botanical garden with it's fantastic orchid garden. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and neat. We did not use the restaurant. Others have reported construction noise.... we did not hear any construction noise.

Great hotel for those with a passion for shopping and overall good base for the City. Food to a high standard and pleasant room. Only downside is potential for noise if downstairs has a function but limited to lower floors. Would stay again.

Top notch 5-star hotel. Although the hotel was booked at a reasonable price through Hotels.com the other expenses such as the restarurants or amenities are very expensive, but as expected for a 5-star hotel in Singapore. Nice rooms and great hotel lobby.

Luxury oriented-extremely helpful, pleasant and accomodating staff. Would definintely stay here again! Beds were wonderful!
