グランド ハイアット ニューヨーク (Grand Hyatt New York)格安予約

10:30に『13:15EWR発LAX行きの飛行機に乗るには？』とコンシェルジェに相談するとタクシーを勧められ、ホテル前で客待ちのタクシーに乗って行き11時には到着しました。その際、125ドルを請求されて130ドルを支払いました。　納得できず、写メで車のナンバーを撮りました。　運転手はインド系の人でした。　明らかにグランドハイアットホテル客を狙っているタクシーです。　ホテルにはドアマンがいる筈なのにこういう事が起きているのはとても残念です。件の車はNYのイエローキャブ、ナンバー7N75Cです。　運転手はインド系。ターバンを頭に巻いていました。4/17/12/10:30am.に乗車しました。

バスルームが突然、タバコの煙の匂いが上から立ち込めて不快だった。 部屋の温度を上昇させれなかった。 エアコンを調整するものが壁についてるが、最高温度に設置しても寒かった。 ホテル全体の温度の問題があるかもしれない。 立地、デザイン、レストラン、その他は大変良い。 とくに今回の値段は本当に良かった。

何しろ立地条件が最高に良い。 グランドセントラルステーションと直結していて、オイスターバー、ジュニアズ、マグノリアベーカリーもすぐに買えるし、歩いてもタイムズスクエアに行くことも可能。観光客も多い地域なので、少し暗くなっても不安なく外を歩けた。次行くときもぜひ泊まりたいと思う。

グランドセントラルの駅と隣接しているので、とても便利。地下鉄はもちろん、空港からのバスも近くに着くので便利。また、ブロードウェイの劇場へも歩いて行けます！

アクセスは非常に便利ですが、部屋の浴室のせまさにびっくりです。日本のビジネスホテルレベルで、何ともお粗末。非常にがっかりしました。

空港からのリムジンバスの発着からとても近い場所にあったため便利でした。地下鉄の乗り場もすぐで、移動にも便利。ただ、ホテル自体が古いのでしょか、シャワーのお湯がでなくて寒い思いをしました。あとはお湯をわかすポットなどがないため少々不便でした。

１泊しかできないNY滞在だったので、ミュージカルと主要な買い物、お出かけには最高でした！ ＪＦＫもＬＧＡからもバスで直行アクセスでき、部屋のインテリアも落ち着いていて、出張の夜を満喫するにはピッタリでした。2人で3万円、NYの宿からすると、大満足です。 またこんな機会なら泊まります。

グランドデラックスキングに宿泊しました。部屋は広くて快適でした。ただバスタブがなく、シャワーのみだったのにはびっくりしましたが、洗面室・シャワールーム共に清潔でしたので結果的には満足しています。予約の際に冷蔵庫をリクエストしたら、無料で用意されていました。現在ロビー改修中のため、ロビーのゴージャスな雰囲気を楽しむことができず残念でした。改修工事完了後に宿泊されることをおすすめします。隣のグランドセントラル駅構内には、スターバックスなどのカフェや食料品店・フードコートがあり、食事にも全く困りませんでした。空港へのエアポートバスのりばが、徒歩1～2分程の所にあり安心です。

改装された部屋に宿泊しました。ホテルのロケーション、内装には大満足です。ただ、ドアマンのサービスと態度が最悪。私が到着した時はあの大きなホテルにドアマンが一人しかおらず、荷物を運ぶため、私がカートを押さなくてはいけない状態でした。また、ホテル入口のところで私の名前を聞いてきた職員がいたのでチェックインのために聞いてきたのかと思ったら、翌日の駐車場代をチャージされてしまいました（もちろん、フロントに事情を説明して最終的にチャージされませんでしたが）。また、チェックアウト後、JFKまでタクシーを拾おうとしたら、しつこいドアマンが私が乗ろうとしていたバン型のタクシーとは違う、かなり遠くに駐車してあった自分がひいきにしているタクシーの所まで私の許可なく勝手に全ての荷物を運び、積んでしまいました（紹介 […] 料としてタクシーの運転手から後で5ドルキャッシュバックされるため）。このドアマンは命令口調で態度も傲慢で、タクシーに乗る際もタクシーの運転手へ15ドルのチップを強制してきました。ドアマンの質は今までのホテルで最低でした。せっかく、部屋は快適だったのに残念です。改善を望みます。 もっと読む

　このホテルの最大の特徴は何といってもその利便性である。グランド・セントラル駅のすぐ隣にあり、外に出ることなしに駅まで歩いて行くことができる点は、まさに便利そのもの。雨の日でも傘をささずに地下鉄に乗りこむことのできるホテルは、このホテル以外にはない。また、駅の地下には様々な飲食店が立ち並び、世界中の食事を楽しむことができる。したがって、贅沢をしようと思えば、すぐ隣のブロックに最高級のステーキハウスがあるし、また安く上げようと思えば、駅の地下街からテイク・アウトの食事を持ち込むこともできる。 　タイムズ・スクウェアへは、地下鉄でも、徒歩でも可能。 ただ一つの難点は、部屋が広くないことだが、これとて日本のホテルと比較したら全く問題のない広さである。 　次回も私はこのホテルを使おうと思っている。

グランドセントラルに近いホテルを探し、大型のホテルなので間違いはないと思い選びました。ロケーションは良かったのですが、ホテルは古く、他に比べて高額だったのでイマイチでした。客室のドアを見た瞬間イヤな予感がし、得にバスルームは狭かったです。トイレもバスタブもかなり小さく、洗面台には置くスペースがありません。カーテンを閉めたら、ひもが切れてしまい開ける事が出来なくなりました。駅近くのもっと安いモダンなホテルにしたら良かったと後悔しました。

What a wonderful stay we had. Clean rooms and the staff was helpful.

Wow, what a location. Even noticed it featured in the new Marvel Assemble movie. The room was clean and well appointed. It wasnt big but it had everything we needed for a short break. I booked a night at the Grand Central Hyatt for a trip to New York to see a show on Broadway. The hotel is in an ideal location. We could easily walk to almost all the different subway lines. After the show and dinner, we could even walk back. It was a great deal!

Nicely appointed hotel and room with state of the art lighting. Room and bathroom small. Toilet paper location in bathroom is poor. Night light in Bathroom blinked all day and night. Wonderful staff and service.

the hotel was just in the right location for us. We had greast ease of getting to the places we wanted. However, the countertop over the bathroom needs to be changed.

A+ Room and nice size for NYC. The lobby was very impersonal,loud and check in and out desk very strange. Location location location. Not enough resturants and hard to find a cup of coffee. It felt like a europan hotel.

Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but one of the worst in terms of value for money. The public areas are typical big chain four star quality; spacious with lots of marble and glass, but the bedrooms are typical big city two star cram them in size, and not not overly opulent. Not only was there no bath, there wasn't even a proper shower stall, […] so water from the shower spread half way across the bathroom, and bathroom sinks without plugs is something you don't even expect any more in Eastern Europe, let alone New York! The family was very satisfied with this hotel during our NYC stay. It was very close to central part but with some distance to keep the noise down when sleeping. The beds could be a little bit wider since we stayed 4 (2+2, family) persons in the room. I guess the doubble queen size beds where approx 130 cm wide but the information did state 140 cm. […] This was not a problem for us but for bigger people it might be!? But overall..... Good location; very clean. The air conditioning wasn't functioning so good

Super easy check-in. Incredible sculptures in the lobby. Room was large by New York standards and very clean. Right next to Grand Central -- very easy to hop a subway and get anywhere you need to go. The first night there was complimentary cheese, crackers, nuts and pear in the room -- I don't know if this is the norm or if I got lucky. Also the fridge […] was stocked with complimentary beverages -- I wasn't charged for the water and the soda I drank. The king size bed was very comfortable. A touch light switch by the bed shuts off all lighting in the room with just a touch of your hand and the same switch can raise or lower the room temperature without having to get out of bed. For the price that we paid for the hotel, I thought that the room and service were just very mediocre. The location is great, it is right across the street from Grand Central and is connected via passageway so it was a great deal of help to access the subway during the rain. Initially, […] I booked a grand King room and when we checked in the receptionist confirmed with us that it was a King bed, but when we got to the room we did question the size of the bed. My husband and I kept saying that it was a really small King. It turned out to the a Queen bed but we didn't find out until check out. What a disappointment. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The carpet was not vacuumed. The staff did let us borrow an umbrella for the rain outside, which was pretty nice. We checked in on Saturday for our anniversary trip and when we got in the room , the bathroom was disgusting ... there was hair on the floor and dead flies in the tub. When my wife called the front desk they first said that room was cleaned and there shouldn't be any hair or dead flies. My wife asked them to come check it out for them selves .. they […] said that they will move us to a different room. The person just knocked on the door and handed me the keys without sayibg a word and did not help us with our laggauge. When i asked what room we are going to. I loved that it was next to Grand Central Station. Very convenient to using Subway system to get around NYC. We also were very pleased at the great price for a 4 star Hotel in NYC. This Hotel decor is very Modern and that was a pleasant change from other hotels I have stayed at in NYC.

The guys outside were extremely nice. Helped with the bags. When I told them it was my birthday they baggage handler said he was having champagne sent up twice and it never showed. There were no washclothes in our room. One of the towels seemed used. At 11:00 we were on at the bar and would have like a light snack and the only thing available was deli […] food. The Hyatt might be a bit more then pricey then other places around town, but we sure thought it was worth the extra. I was told that the building with Trumps first building in Manhattan and when you take a close look you can still see signs of "Trump-ness" about the place. Can't wait to return.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at period. The entire staff was so helpful from the check in to the last day we stayed. I loved the personal touch that the staff had w/ my twins & I. I told them that I'll be back and would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else. The cleanliness of the room to the location to Grand Central it couldn't have been any better!! […] It made the trip more relaxing & enjoyable than even I could have imagined. Very impressed with Grand Hyatt. Great room overlooking the Chrysler Building so we were lucky there. All staff very helpful. Great service.Room and bath room very clean and well equipped. Excellent location between Grand Central Terminus and Chrysler Building and close to other sights.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and in a great location. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no door on the bathroom. Not sure if it was intentional or not.

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend. Negatives: not NEARLY enough staff at check-in counter. They compensate with express check-in kiosks, but on this night, few were able to actually check-in with them. So a very long, SLOW, line quickly developed. This was problematic for us because we had theater tickets and less than an hour before curtain. Once […] we finally made it to the front of the line, the beleaguered, exhausted clerk was very courteous. I noticed line at check-in persisted throughout our entire stay. Also, our room was hot, despite the individual thermostat in the room. Positives: modern decor, surprisingly quiet for being at Grand Central Station, QUICK service. The shower curtain is smelly after gets wet; it should be changed much often. The large rain shower head might be good for some people but with very low water presure.

Great hotel at a great location.

If you are here for a short while and need to be centrally located, this is it. The higher room rate pays for itself with saved time and cab fares. We walked to Rockefeller center, 5th avenue shops, and many restaurants nearby. The Grand Central station is literally downstairs.

The lobby was very nice and the room service good although food extremely high! My biggest complaint was the size of a room. I have stayed in many hotels over the last 25 years but never stayed in a room this small... very dissapointed in the size of the room for the price.:-(
