ハイアット リージェンシー サンフランシスコ (Hyatt Regency San Francisco)

海側、バルコニー付きの部屋に泊まりました。眺めが素晴らしくて大満足です。グレードアップで最上階のラウンジを使用しました。夜は夜景が綺麗で、朝は清々しくて申し分ありません。食べ物も美味しかったです。立地も良く、観光するには大変便利です。サンフランシスコに滞在する時にはまた利用したいです。ただ、カメラの充電器をコンセントにさしたまま部屋に忘れてチェックアウトしてしまい、数日後に問い合わせましたが出て来ませんでした。忘れ物には注意しましょう。

年末年始に予約。備忘かねて記載。 　・リージェンシークラブ（RC)付の部屋に宿泊（15-17階のうち、17F。やや湾が見える） 　・カード式エレベーターだが読みが甘く、交換してもらうまで上下いったりきたりとても困る 　・バスタブがない。お湯に勢いがない+温度調節が非常に困難（17F)。ちなみに年始帰国前にとまった下層の部屋では風呂に問題なし。 　・暖房がすごい勢いで超乾燥。 　・点数が持ち上がったのは、ひとえにコンシェルジュの力のみ。壮絶においしい肉/シーフード料理店を教えてくれた。いくつか候補くれたうちのひとつだが、これで＋２ぐらい全体評点上げたｗ 　・ロビーもまたせすぎで、サービスはひとえに悪い。NYに比べるとこんなもんか、という感じではあるが、このクラスでとまるならどこでも一緒かもしれ […] ない。 　・ロケーションは、買い物メインだと不便ではあるが（地下鉄（BARTなりMUNIなり）一駅で街中。）ショッピングは一日で飽きる？ので、食事・滞在にはとても良い。 　・えてしてそこまで治安の悪いエリアではない。 　・リージェンシークラブも朝飯も正直貧弱。朝飯も周囲のお店（スタバなり薬局コンビニ、タコス）のほうがよほど良い。下層にとまって飯は自前がベストと思われる。 もっと読む

タイトルのとおりリージェンシークラブからのパノラマビューが素晴らしいです。朝、夕、夜とフリーのドリンク・フードをいただきながら、マッサージソファで疲れも取れ、大満足でした。ただ、客室からは無料wifiが使えないこと、エレベータのセキュリティを解除するためのキーが作動しないことが何度もあったこと（他の宿泊客にも同じ現象が起きていました）が残念でした。周囲に使いやすいレストランはあまりなかったように思いますが、向かいにウォルグリーンがあってちょっとした買い物に便利です。また、メトロ・バス・バートの駅が目の前です。

アメニティーが完全に不足していて、後から追加してもらうことしばしば。 部屋自体は、まあまあの広さにもかかわらず、バスルームは日本の 狭いマンションのユニットバス程度でした。 ただ、クラブフロアーだったので最上階のラウンジが使えて、その360度ビューは 素晴らしかったです。良かったところはその位・・・

BARTエンバーカデロ駅の真上で、ケーブルカーも目の前から乗車できます。ホテルの前の通りには7-11、 Walgreen、デリやレストランもあり便利。wifi利用が24時間で$9.99なのが無料になるといいなと思います。お部屋のハウスキーピングが、ベッドメイキングだけはきちんとしてくれるのに、使い終わったグラスやゴミを持っていってくれなかったり、アメニティの補充も不十分だったりしましたが、電話すれば持ってきてくれたのでいいんですが。フロントデスクのある吹き抜けのアトリウムはとても綺麗で、くつろげる場所でした。

家族４人でリージェンシークラブに３泊しました。一言、リージェンシークラブは「おすすめ」です。当初代金が高いかなと思いましたが、最上階のリージェンシークラブで、サンフランシスコ湾を眺めながらの朝食、夕食前のカクテル、デザート等が無料となっています。種類や量は多くないですが、日本人には十分な量でした。おかげで贅沢な気分を味わいつつ朝食や夕食代をセーブすることができたので、結果的にはお得でした。ロケーションも、レンタカー利用でしたが、ユニオンスクエア周辺のようにごちゃごちゃしてないし、フリーウェイからも近いので何かと便利でした。駐車場代は５０ドル＋taxと安くはないですが、サンフランシスコ市内であれば仕方がない水準です。スタッフのサービスレベルもよかったです。部屋はすごく広いという感じではなかった […] ですが、４人家族でも快適に過ごせる広さで、古さは少しあるものの高級感もありました。また利用したいです。 もっと読む

We got a bayview room for the weekend. The view was spectacular, and the room was very comfortable. The service was great too. I forgot my sunglasses in the car, and the valets brought them up to my room in about 10 minutes. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Ferry Building. Please be sure to budget for the $60 overnight parking fee charged if you are driving into town. Nice and close to Ferry Building and waterfront.

We booked a Bay View room as it was a 50th birthday celebration. When we were told that the corner room on the top floor was available, we were delighted, thinking that we would then have both an eastern and southern view. It's a corner, right? Wrong! Guess what takes up that valuable real estate. A freight elevator! (I guess I could be a little more […] forgiving if even the elevator had had the view but, sadly, no...) Our view was lovely, of course, as well as the sliding glass door which, when opened, allowed the pigeons to share your room as well. NOT a joke... Stayed here for work. Convenient location - right next to the Embarcadero stop, walkable to the water. The hotel staff were very gracious and helpful. Had breakfast in the restaurant and was able to get free wifi. Wonderful stay! Will book with them again!

Great location for waterfront shopping, the Ferry Building and the new Exploratorium. All are within easy walking distance. The breakfast for the conceirge floors is fabulous. It's held at the top of the building so the view is breathtaking. Everything was great except the bathroom is too small. It had kind of a "on a ship feeling.

We had a great time at the hotel. The lights in the lobby are amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was during the night some people were yelling on the street below and woke the family. We laughed it off and went back to sleep.

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding nearby and found it comfortable, all the right amenities and very well located. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue of note was the clock in the room was off by 30 minutes??? would definitely stay here again when in San Francisco.

Stayed at the Hyatt for two nights. Beautiful lobby, excellent service and comfortable beds. The reason I marked it down in the rooms and cod option category is because the showers were pretty outdated with pretty poor water pressure. Other than that I lived everything else about my stay!

Almost everyone smokes on the balconies...Hyatt doesn't enforce No Smoking policy, rather makes you do it yourself. Plenty of better places to stay in this area.

Very nice hotel in a great location my only complaints would be that I had to request room service each day to clean my room and even after a 5 day stay they never vacuumed the room also there is no free internet access you have to pay extra every 24hours

We loved the hotel and the location. There were plenty of homeless across the street, bless their souls and hope they can stay warm. You guys charged for the dog and did not offer anything for them. I guess you have to vaccuum better, or something. It is a nice hotel and convenient to shopping and the Ferry Building. That was great!
