以前、便が欠航になってしまった際、日本語のメールで丁寧に対応してくださりとても頼もしかったです。部屋も広く快適でした。残念だったのは、観光地へのアクセスが便利な場所にあるのに、親切に教えていただけなかったこと、またチェックアウトの際に、スタッフが2名しかおらず、ともに電話応対をしており、大分待たされたこと、その後割り込みした別の方から対応をしたこと、空港までの送迎をお願いしていたのに、おいていかれたこと(こちらは全く遅刻していない)、また送迎がこないことに対して、こちらからアプローチするまで何の説明もしていただけなかったことです。

Good for me for three day stay. Quiet clean room at only two-story flats with enough space friendly staff. The location of the hotel is good if you have a car, close to a tram station, supermarket, high way, shopping mall. I prefered the safe admosphere in the foot of a small hill, not in the middle of town. I would not recommend for a big family, young students, tourist group, duty free shoppers, gangs, slumber/beer party. I am a non-american visitor.

サンディエゴ国際空港へはタクシーで15分程度。 10分から15分ほど北に歩けばトロリーの駅やバス停があるトランジットセンターがあり、東西南北どの方向へも交通機関を使った移動が容易にできます。 車がある方もフリーウェイが近いので便利でしょう。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で、快適に過ごすことができます。 ただ、ホテル付近から歩いていける範囲にあるレストランは限りがあるので、そこには注意が必要です。

"サプライズをしてくれました!"
6月27日に息子が5才の誕生日を迎えたのですが、チェックインの際に「明日、息子が5才になるの!とても嬉しい日なの!!」と伝えたところ、翌日の誕生日の朝、クッキーと牛乳のサプライズのプレゼントを部屋に届けて下さいました!行く先々で「今日から5才!!」と息子が言うと、ホテルの方も皆「ハッピバースデー!!!」と言ってくれてその日、1日中、息子は照れて過ごしました。そんな心遣いをしてくれるホテルです。ホテルの桟橋から船のタクシーで水族館まで行けるし、空港も近いし、ダウンタウンも遠くなく便利ですが、ゆっくりゆったりと過ごすには快適はホテルです。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ
"海に囲まれた静かなホテル"
コテージ形式のスイートに子ども2人と宿泊しました。 静かで海鳥とオットセイの鳴き声に癒されました。 真ん前のヨットハーバーの入り江にオットセイが泳いでいてびっくり。 早朝・夕焼けともにとても美しかった。 レストランが少なかったが、早朝からやっている海辺のコーヒーショップで朝ご飯を買って、パンを海鳥と分け合うのは楽しかったです。 海に飛び出たメインレストランのステーキは、アメリカ旅行で一番おいしかった・・と息子。 車で3分も行けば、簡単なレストランやドラッグストアもありました。 ただダウンタウンは一旦ハイウェイにのるのでちょっと面倒かも。車がないと厳しいホテルです。 ホテルの人はみんな親切で優しかったです。 とても満足しました。今度は夏にゆっくり泊まってプールで楽しみたい。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

"soiled diaper left in room"

"Very good family vacation base camp.."
This was a good fit for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). We had a "waterfront suite" with 2 queen beds and a separate living room. Other reviews indicated that these rooms were dated and that was the case. But functionality and comfort are very important for a family trip and that's what we found with the Hyatt. Pluses: location near freeways made it […] easy to get to many places (Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland, etc.); nice pools for families; good room and pool food service; nice spa; Einstein's Bagel shop was a quick walk from our room and the espresso was good; boat rental was a hit with the kids; and service at the hotel was generally good. Minuses: room was dated; cleanliness not great (found probably a two-week old, moldy take out box still crammed into the top shelf of the fridge); fridge was very low and in a bad location; lighting in general not great; pretty marginal movie options, especially for the kids; self-parking fee was almost as much as the daily rental rate for our car!; not many food or shopping options within walking distance, but a 5-10 minute drive gives you a lot of options; tried to use the self checkout on the TV but it did not work properly. "Luxurious but isolated"
We stayed here 4 nights for a conference, and due to its relatively isolated location, we didn't have much other choice. It was pricey, but they have nicely appointed rooms (we had a suite in the tower), with a balcony that offered great views of the bay and marina. The grounds are well kept; the pools are nice for the kids, and the jacuzzi is good […] for the grownups. The conference facilities were good, if a little dark and drab compared to the sun outside. They had nice coffee breaks outside in the sun, though. The main issue was that we were so isolated without a car, and the hotel offered absolutely NO transport, to town or the airport; it meant we had to either eat their expensive food (e.g $4 for a Coke - though there's a cheap fish place at the end of the marina), or pay $25 for a cab to town. You can walk 20 minutes over the bridge to Mission Beach, and the #8 bus will take you to Old Town for $2.25, but they're not that frequent, and they don't give change or transfers. My mom and I took a girls trip to San Diego - our first time to the area, and we decided to stay at Mission Beach. The hotel area was beautiful! Be sure to take the trolly if you have never been, as it gives a great overview of the surrounding attractions. Great because it picks you up at the hotel! Just okay; been to worse. First room was very noisy, got asked to move to a different room.Second room was much better, however they both had a musty smell to them. "Pretending to be a classy hotel"
We stayed at this hotel for a conference my wife was attending. We had one of their "junior suites". The furniture in the room was dingy and looked as if it came from a second hand store. We kept a blanket draped over the couch so we wouldn't have to touch the fabric. The bed was in a corner of the room with two windows, neither had curtains, they only […] had blinds. Outside of those windows were two bright lights illuminating a hotel pathway. The blinds did a horrible job of blocking the light. There was no way to make our bedroom dark. We slept poorly because of it. The in room fridge does not cool things, instead it freezes them solid. The hotel requires that you pay to park your own car. One night we cruised the parking lot for thirty minutes before finding a space. The hotel also does not provide free wi-fi. I simply don't understand why they don't raise their rates and include these services for free. I've stayed at lower priced hotels that include parking and free wi-fi. Pool side was very noisy - children having a great time at the pool resulted in excited screams and slamming gate. The Marina side would probably be best. We felt detached from other properties here. I came to mission bay to attend a birthday party..I had to bring my 2 little doggies with me..it seems that you would be more considerate for someone with dogs to not put them on the 5th floor.It was very much a hassle to have them there ...That there was no coffee in my room and that room service coffee was nine dollars a cup is just to much to imagine..There […] was no where open early within walking distance to get coffe e or juice.No snacks. I have stayed at many resorts and there is always a component to the package that is a disappointment. This place has it all. It is a great place to take your family and still have a relaxing stay. "Hotel has a problem"
The problem with this hotel is not the hotel itself. It is a nice 4-star hotel. I would normally say it is IDEAL for families because they have the bonus of swimming pools with water slides and life guards on duty from 10-5. Excellent, right? Well, this is the problem: we have stayed twice now and both times the hotel was hosting a wedding on Saturday […] night. The hotel hosts the weddings in a tent venue on the grounds. The problem is that it's location results in the other guests in the hotel that night being treated to POUNDINGLY loud music until midnight causing everyone to be tired and cranky the next day. The music is so loud that the sliding glass doors of the room are vibrating. Of course, I reported how loud the music was to the hotel management but nothing happens and I was essentially told: it's someone's wedding, what can we do? The combination of a super family-friendly hotel with a really loud outdoor disco until midnight is not a useful combination. I know that weddings are big business for the hotel but for the sake of the rest of the guests they need to find a way to locate the wedding venue to somewhere where it isn't going to keep the rest of their guests up until midnight. Maybe we were unlucky to pick weekends that had weddings both times but I would bet that it is a very popular location for weddings and that they happen quite frequently. I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and always with a positive result. This time around was a little different. While the overall hotel property is very well landscaped and all common areas appointed nicely, the rooms are definitely overdue for a remodel. I only stayed one night but I had been given a very spacious suite off the main building. The view into the yacht harbor was affected by a nearby convenience store .... so ask for a higher floor if you can. We were first sent to a room that was occupied. Our keys worked and we found someone elses stuff there. The next room we got did not have a nice view bay view (had the gym in front; we had an ocean front room, the occupied room had a nice view though). The cleaning service never refilled the coffee, or left clean coffee/water glasses. We had to use […] the 6.00 per 15 min business facility to print sea world tickets. Took 30 minutes because the printer was being used by Hyatt staff members. Had to use another 6.00 for another 15 minutes. The concierge said they would remove the charges but did not. When checking out I mentioned that the charges were supposed to be removed. "Lovely hotel on scenic marina"
We had a wonderful stay. Lovely hotel I. A great district of San Diego. A little way out of the city, but right by Seaworld, and on the marina. Just beautiful! "Nice but not as regal as the website makes it look"
We stayed in a double queen suite portion of the hotel during the winter months. The first thing we saw when walking into the suite was the living room portion of the suite which was dreary, dark & the furniture was stained. It did not look like the photos on the website. There was no table to eat the room service we got. The beds were just ok & the […] hide-away for my son was aweful. We could have used more pillows, the website shows 6 and we got 3 per bed & 1 extra for the hide-away. The deck could barely hold the two chairs & small endtable. On the up side, the staff was very friendly & efficient. The roomservice was fast, hot & tasted very good. There was pleanty of of outlets to charge all of our gadgets & lots of mirrors tastefully around the suite for this family of 5 to get ready for the day. We tried to eat at the Red Marlin which was very empty on a Saturday night but it was very expensive & nothing on the menu appealed to our young teens. We enjoyed having Einstein Bros Bagels on property for breakfast & did the whale watching tour less than a block away. That was a great tour & cheap once we used the half price coupon we got on line. The weather wasn't warm enough to use the pool but it looked bigger on the website. We didn't like having to pay for parking but that is becoming the norm. "Very accommodating and clean"
After booking with Expedia, I called the hotel to provide them more information and mentioned it was my first visit to California and we were celebrating my birthday. When we got to the hotel to check in, Eike, the gentleman who checked us in, upgraded us to an ocean view room on the 8th floor of the Tower and had a bottle of champagne sent up to the […] room that night! That was an excellent touch and much appreciated. The grounds were beautiful, and the staff were all friendly and respectful. The concierge suggested things to do while we visited San Diego and we were able to purchase discounted tickets to Sea World at the hotel. There was nothing either my husband or I needed while staying at the hotel. I would highly recommend this place. Nice property. On the downside though - did not receive the room type that I paid for. Paid for a suite in the two story building, received a regular King Room in the tower. Children in room above constantly ran back and forth back and forth back on forth throughout their room and it was loud and annoying, along with our room being close to the elevator […] which we could hear EVERYTIME it went to our floor or passed our floor. "Great hotel but a little disappointing"
Overall the hotel was very nice. We went in January and it was 40-60 outside. The common areas are all open, so it made the hotel feel cold. It was not as warm and inviting as I would have expected. The front desk staff was great! Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication with the Red Marlin that resulted in a difficult interaction before dinner. "New Year Getaway"
The room was nice. I loved having the mini suite. There were doors to close off the rooms from the bathroom/closet/minibar area, and 2 televisions so we could watch different shows or allow one to sleep undisturbed. The view was nice. "Great Mother/Daughter getaway"
The hotel was very nice as was the location. It is an older hotel but the accommodations were not lacking at all. The restaurant was wonderful - the view, the food and the servers were great. Positives: Quality amenities, very comfortable beds, excellent temperature controls, good lighting, to die for views, friendly employees at all levels, top notch food at the Red Marlin, convenient and safe parking, great location to San Diego's attractions.
