大変によかった。問題といえば、古いホテルなので、階段が多くて玄関に上がるステップや部屋とエレベーターのあいだを思いスーツケースを持って移動するときに苦労した。ホテルマンがサポートしてくれないので、年配者や女性には辛いだろう。それを除けば快適だった。レンタカーの手配やタクシーの手配、など、的確なサービスだった。

今回は、滞在期間が少なかったのですが、空港のすぐ近くだったので便利は良かった。また、空港の送迎も待つことなくすぐに送迎してくれたのは助かりました。

全体評価はとてもよかった。コストパフォーマンスがとてもよい。 幼児2人と大人二人で宿泊。 ボストンから30キロほど離れているが、高速が近いので、20分ほどで市内に行ける。 歩いてショッピングモールにも行ける。 中華料理屋も歩いていける。おいしかった(ホテルを出て、ショッピングモールの左隣)。 フロントの感じもよく、ベッドも快適だった。 朝食も無料にしては充実している(パン、coffee、ワッフルを焼ける、果物、シリアル、ジュースなど)。子供も食べられるものが多い。

地下鉄Red LineのKendallの出口の横で Boston/Cambridge areaでこの値段は、驚きである。 これまで、レンタカーで128号の外に泊まっていたので、 市内の車のParkingに往生したが、その心配を必要としない分、圧倒的に経済的で、楽である。 MITの中にあると言っても良い位置だが、 Harvard Squareまで、徒歩30分、30分おきのBus68番で$1.50、地下鉄Red Lineで$2.00-。MGHまで、Longfellow Bridgeを歩けば15分はかからない筈。 Logan Airportから、Blue line / Green or Orange Line / Red lineと二回乗り継いで$2.00-。 Kedall SquareがBioVentureで経済的に躍進中なので、今後も安定な経営が期待される。2002年開業なのだが、古い作りで、オーナー家族の心がこもった営業で、チェーンのホテルと、趣が違う。

The hotel's 75-foot swimming pool is set in a glass-walled building. It features racing lanes and a retractable glass roof as well as a sundeck overlooking the Boston skyline and Charles River. "A great location for runners, but not much else"
I travel a great deal for business, and one thing upsets me more than anything else-when a hotel treats guests as walking piggy banks. I don't mind paying for great service, but this hotel did not have that. Charging for internet service in an era where one can get wifi at any cafe is ludicrous. Every serviceat this hotel is a la carte. Added to an […] already not cheap hotel, it gets expensive quickly. But,I stated I don't mind paying for service. When one has to call the front desk at 6 pm to get the room cleaned, never gets toiletries on a multi-night stay, or the coffee maker refreshed (but you can buy a cup of coffee in the lobby), I wonder what the priority of the hotel is. "Hyatt Regency Cambridge - auto-revolving door ftw"
This was quite a nice hotel for the price I paid. The food, service, and friendliness of the staff were all top notch. They also had a complimentary shuttle to a handful of nearby shopping and subway destinations, which came in pretty handy for my particular stay. I would say that if you use this service though, don't be a jerk - tip the driver like […] you would a cab driver. I would say that if you use this service, whoever is in the queue first gets to decide the first destination. Also, if you're in a huge hurry, I'd take a cab instead, because sometimes you want to go somewhere and the next shuttle might take 10 to 20 minutes to return back to the hotel. The only real complaint I have is that, in spite of the thermostat reading at 72 degrees F, it was quite cold in my room (Guest Room, not a River View, just fyi). I had to crank it up to 76 degrees just to feel comfortable. I'm not sure if that was because my room was on one of the upper floors, and thus more exposed to the wind, or if it was something else entirely. As cold as it was at "72" degrees, I was shivering under the default bedding provided. Aside from that one small thing, which was easily correctable, I had a great time. I will also mention that the staff was remarkably professional, even during the late late hours around 1-4am, which I've found is usually an awful time to ask for assistance at lesser hotels (desk people falling asleep or off goofing off, for example). Last interesting point. I've never seen an automatic revolving door before, but it was pretty cool to see one in action at this hotel's front door. I realize that revolving doors are often put in to save energy, so having an electronic, automatic revolving door is somewhat ridiculous and needlessly extravagant, but it is certainly amusing to imagine that you have telekinetic powers while walking through this door. I had understood from Hotels.com that this hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport and to wherever I needed to be dropped off or picked up from the BU campus. Their shuttle does not go to the airport at all and only to certain places at the University. Although it did not apply to me, they also charge $35 a night for parking and […] plenty of people were heard to be complaining about that. Wifi is an extra charge and their free printing of boarding passes didn't work at all. However, the staff and managers were incredibly helpful, kind and willing to go out of their way to solve all of my problems. The manager actually printed out my boarding pass and some documents that I needed from his own computer. "Not satisfied at all"
Hotel door man did not help us when we arrived there by car. My wife called them for asking some questions, but they chatted each other and never responded back to us.

"Clean & comfortable - bad for business travelers"
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the food is terrific. However, as a business traveler, I can't recommend it because the noise level was outrageously high. There were a lot of college students staying at the hotel, and when the bars let out in the middle of the night, the hallways were ringing with voices and slamming doors. It wasn't a good […] situation for sleeping. I mentioned it twice to hotel staff, and they did not apologize. "Overlooking Charles River"
Our family stayed here for college tours in Boston area. The location is great, the gym and the pool is nice. We had nothing to complain about except the parking rate was a little bit much. Overall we would stay here next time we visit Boston.

Excellent hotels that Hyatt owns. Great people. Ambience needs some help, but we'll be patient. The Regency serves a great many types of travelers and they all can count on updated rooms, great food and views, and top notch service. The sensational doormen are worth an overnight!

"COMPUTER SERVICE"
WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE. DISAPPOINTED THAT YOU HAD TO PAY FOR 15 MINUTES FOR COMPUTER IN PUBLIC AREA AND THAT WIFI WAS NOT FREE LIKE MOST HOTELS THAT I HAVE FREQUENTED.

"No such thing as free WiFi.."
Verryyyyyy disappointed that WiFi was not free. In this day and age, I am surprised that hotels still charge for that! I believe that I was told it was free when I called, but I was told that WiFi "was always available for a fee." Additionally, it was $3 more for the "premium" that was supposedly faster. "35 dollars for parking!"
we had to pay a substantial amount each night for parking at the hotel. We were not happy about that at all. We thought the parking fee was only for overnight guests of ours but no, every guest has to pay that. i would look at different hotels or parking arrangements. A bottle of water in the room was pricey also
"Cambridge Hyatt Regency"
We evjoyed our stay at the hotel and will stay here again in the future. The shuttle service to Boston was a plus! I have already recommended this hotel to friends traveling to the area.

The hotel was a little expensive for what amenities it had I guess you're paying for location. Cab are VERY expensive so it's important to have a good location. My one gripe was that the "turndown" service never came to my room to freshen it. It's very close to Harvard BS which was one of the reasons why I was visiting the city. Compared with the prices of surrounding hotels, the Hyatt-Cambridge was fairly priced and very well proportioned. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was great. I get annoyed when I spend several hundreds of dollars on room and food and get hit with a very high internet fee. Other than that sticky detail, I highly recommend it.

I had a 3 nights stay at Hyatt Regency Cambridge last week, and the most extraordinary thing probably was that the rooms werent cleaned last Monday. Neither my room, nor the rooms of my work mates were cleaned on that particular day. My mate went to the reception to complain when we got back Monday night, but they were adamant he had put the Do Not […] Disturb sign on the door. I personally was too tired to bother. Simply quite bizarre really. As where I noticed cleaners in the hallways on both Sunday moring and Tuesday morning, I did notice there were none around on the Monday morning. "Nice but noisy"
Even though we were in the ninth floor we could hear ambulances and cars passing all night. I think the windows are not sound-proof. This was complemented with some noisy guests. We had to call the front desk to complain at 1 AM, , plus the neighbor doors slammed and the "ding" sound of the elevator, made our night at the hotel a nightmare. "Hyatt Regency in Cambridge, MA"
Noisy neighbors made me call the front desk who promptly sent the manager up to see me. He was very polite, caring, and accommodating, and he immediately addressed the situation. For the rest of my weekend stay, I didn't hear a peep and could - and did! - fully relax.

I requested a room w/patio that was chair accessiable. In order to enter the patio you have to be able to over come an 8 to 10 inch step. Chiar accessiable?? In order for a chair person to use the gym he or she must take the elevator up 4 levels. Elevator was out of order. Very disappointed.
