　スタッフの対応は親切で、部屋の雰囲気も良かった。ただ、泊まった部屋だけの問題かもしれませんが、シャワーの排水システムがよくわからず、シャワーを使っている途中に排水しなくなっり、あふれたり、床にたまってしまいました。

今回はジュニアスイートのエグゼクティブレベル付の部屋に宿泊しましたが、どの様なシステムかと言うと、ロビー奥に専用のラウンジがありましてコーヒー、ティー、ソフトドリンクがフリーで、日替わりでパン、ケーキ、クッキー等もフリーです。夜には軽いディナーもワイン、ビールもフリーです。部屋はキングサイズベッド１台にソファーベッド１台に独立したウオークインクローゼットにはハンガー掛けなら２５本くらいは余裕です。 洗面所にはバスタブ、シャワールーム、トイレとなっております。朝食にはシェフが目の前でオムレツを焼いてくれますし、パンの種類も豊富ですごくおいしいです。ホテル前には駅もあり、バス停もあり、ピカデリーサーカスまで１５分、オックスフォードストリートまで７分程です。歩いて３分のところにはコインランドリーも […] あります。すぐ隣にはリージェントパークがあり、お散歩やサッカー、テニスも堪能できます。もちろんコンビニもすぐ前にあります。３度目のロンドンですが次回もここに決めております。 もっと読む

駅近なので移動は便利でした。また、バス停も近くショッピング街へも10分ぐらいで行けます。 部屋はちょっと狭かったので、窮屈感はありますが、エアコン、お風呂のお湯などは問題ないです。 スタッフも皆さん親切で感じがよかったです。細かいこと（シンクの流れが悪い、クローゼットのドアがうまく閉まらない等）での多少の不満はありますが、トータルではとてもよいホテルだと思います。

立地がとても便利なところです。部屋は決して大きくないですが、寝泊まりだけだったら充分です。 チェックインするとき、無理やりモーニングを勧められましたが、私たち朝ホテルを出るのが早いため、断りました。日本人客が少ないし、日本語が全く通じません。 部屋の掃除は隅々まできれいに掃除してくれています。 便利が良いロンドンの4つ☆ホテルにしたら、安い方だと思います。

もともとスペインのホテルチエーンですが、お部屋はイギリスの伝統的な雰囲気に仕立てられ、外観のモダンさからギャップがありますが、とても落ち着いて過ごせます。 地下鉄のアクセスの良さから、ロンドン初心者にも安心して利用できるホテルだと思います。今回は出張で利用しましたが、日本からの大手旅行会社のツアーの方もたくさんいっしゃいました。 近くにはスーパーやコンビニもあり、ちょっとした食べ物や飲み物はこちらで調達できますし、近隣にもレストランは多数。　大変便利でお勧めできます。

ユーストン駅に到着もしくはユーストン駅から出発するのであれば良いロケーションだ。狭いながらも快適な部屋で、多少騒音があるがロケーションを考えると分かっていたことだ。多くのレストランやパブが近くにある。ニューディオラマ、 トリトンスクエアは訪れる価値がある。

何度かここに滞在した。質が高く、地下鉄に便利で、ウエスト・エンドへ歩いて行くのにも都合が良い。スタンダードルームの設備は良いけれど、とても小さい。朝食の値段はとても高くて、内容に見合わない。Gt Portland streetを少し行った所に、お得な朝食の出るDemartinoという素敵なイタリア料理店がある。歩いてたった５分。

I've stayed at the Melia WHite House on numerous occasions and it's best quality is it's consistency. It's always clean, usually very efficient, and despite being a bit chaotic, has one of the best breakfasts in London.

You can't fault the hotel for the standard of the rooms and the quality of the room service is particularly good. However I had to wait 25 minutes to check in and when I got to the front of the queue finally, there was no apology from the reception staff - to me or to the other people checking in - who were also visibly frustrated. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. I liked the products in the bathroom and the staff were friendly. Check in needs improvement - so slow to check out I ended up filling in an express check out form, so yet to see if the receipt turns up. Gt Portland St tube is v close by.

I feel after our stay that this hotel really just wants you to upgrade as the standard room we had was quite poor. The hotel has a lovely reception and bar but the room we got was a far cry from this standard.

It was my second time staying at the hotel. Very close to Carnaby, Street, Oxford Street, Regents Park. I especially like that the hotel provides natural toiletries without parabens - it's a very cool extra.

The hotel represented it had wifi, which was a main reason we selected it. It was entirely undependable and the staff was no help in fixing it. The refrigerator with items for purchase had a sticker on it advising that if you used it for your own items, you would be charged an additional $20 a day.

We were so surprised when we saw our room! We thought for European standards, the room would be tight but it was huge even compared to US standards. It had 2 pull out sofas, a king sized bed and still plenty of room for the 4 of us.
