The stay was very pleasant and relaxing, however I was a little unsure why John at the front desk would not allow me to take a cart to my room to bring my own personal things down during check out. I was told they are only for guess who needs help, I stated that I do need help. His reply was "What room and I will send the bell staff up" I feel strongly […] that if a guess wants to bring their own luggage down, they should be allowed to use the hotel cart. Great hotel. I love sheratons and will stay here again.

I will never stay at this hotel again!! It is not a family hotel at all. No fridge, microwave, or continental breakfast. The hotel is old, the carpet was coming up from the wall, our door was broken and would not lock, and the shower would not drain properly. My family and I went to this hotel due to the hurricane and because of all these issues we […] decided to checked out early only to find out that I could not get a refund for the remainding day. After arriving at the airport, we were picked up in a timely manner. A short ride to the hotel put us at the front desk in about ten minutes. Upon arrival, we were greeted by name. Everything about this hotel was great. Ive stayed at other Sheraton hotels and this one did not let me down. Good job sheraton.

Room was great, nice bed, audible noise from other rooms was minimal. Reception area was well maintained, and inviting. Staff personnel was helpful, friendly and courteous from the front dest to the maid service. Food and bar was what you would expect, professional well poured, and tasty.

When we checked into our room, I noticed their was a crack in the sink and the wall paper was not secure outside the bathroom door. The carpet looked more than worn. I thought the hotel was just renovated.

Great hotel. Room was clean. HD cable with flat screen. Great customer service. I was even able to check in at 12pm (normal check-in time is 3pm). They went out of their way to make this happen. Great hotel.

I chose this hotel because it has restaurant facilities unlike most of the other hotels in the area. But the hotel and personnel are excellent. Room service was quick and delicious. The shuttle service personnel was very helpful. We enjoyed the internet service area in the lobby.

Excellent customer service. Convenience of shuttle service to and from the airport was an important convenience. Location was not convenient to downtown or near eating places unless you walked. It would have been nice to have the shuttle available for nearby (within 15 minutes) mall where a variety of resturaunts were available. Overall, the hotel is very nice. Excellent lobby and conference room. The rooms themselves were slightly outdated. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls in certain places and the floors need to be re-carpeted. Also, no continental breakfast and parking is a little further away from the hotel then I prefer.

The noise level was too loud for after mid-nite. The hotel should have put us on a less active floor to allow us a good night sleep.

The hotel is nice. It's not a 4 star, but it is a nice 3 star hotel. However, while we only stayed here for one night, our car got broken into in the hotel parking lot the morning of the check-out. The staff was very nice and very helpful; however, I will not stay there again. We found out the next morning that they have a free valet parking available […] but even the valet parks the cars right in front of the hotel. This hotel is tired, tired, tired; blankets are all old and balled up. Carpets worm. The place needs a refurb badly.

Very satisfied with week-end stay. Room was as shown on website. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would return

Had a nice stay - very convenietly located to the airport. I am a triathlete and had a run scheduled, but was unable to run on a treadmill because they don't have an exercise room. Instead, they informed me I could workout in the Gold's Gym next door for a $7 fee. Fail
