Very nice time..hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The heat was a little difficult to regulate in the room. Had to fuss with it for a while, but turned out OK. The Staff could not have been nicer, the location is great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom "suite" in the rear of hotel. It reminded me of a small apartment I had in the 1970's. And it looked like it was built in the 1970's The general condition is older & worn and needing updates. One night stay was fine. The breakfast that was included was also very good. "Great place"
The room was great especially after doubling the length of the trip sitting in traffic. The hotel had fixed a booking error (not theirs) before we got there so we got the room we requested with no hassle. The suite was large comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good with several choices. The Hotel may be a bit outdated, but It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area, and the price is right for being less than 20 minutes from Mohegan Sun a short $20 cab ride if you wish not to drive yourself.
