１２月２０から２８日までの滞在でしたが、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 良かった点 ①子供向けのアクティビティーが毎日あり、無料のものから１０ドル程度とリーズナブルでした。我が家の子供はココナツの殻でネックレスを作りましたが、日本語の話せるスタッフとやり取りしながら制作し、５歳の息子も大満足でした。フォトフレームをつくったり、鯉に餌をあげたりと毎日子供たちはエンジョイできていたようです。 ②ワイキキのど真ん中にあり、買い物、食事、移動には不便がありません。 ③エレベーターが８つあるので、あまり待たされることがないです。 ④プールも子供向けのものがあり、安心です。 悪い点 ①クラブサービス付きのプランに泊まったのですが、クラブサービスを一日２０ドル、宿泊料以外に支払うことがわかりづらい […] 。 ②クラブサービスで、最上階で朝食や夜軽食をr取れるのですが、パンが２種類と、あたたかい食事が２種類だけで、長期宿泊するとかなり飽きます。温かい食事といっても、朝はスクランブルエッグとオートミール、パンケーキとオートミール、ソーセージとオートミールのように必ずオートミールなので、そこは改善して欲しいです。 もっと読む

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、とにかく受付の対応が悪い。部屋数が多いだけに人が多く、ちょっとの問い合わせがしたくても列に並ばされた。 二度と泊まりたくはない。

ホテルのロケーションは、利便性が良いうえにビーチもあり、大変満足出来るものでした。 オーシャンフロントの部屋は、名前の通り目の前に海が広がりダイアモンドヘッドの眺めも楽しめ、期待以上でした。サービスについては、日本語対応が行き届いていますが、hospitalityのQualityとしては、普通だと思います。

過去に利用した経験から、予約しました。 前回、改修中であったが改修工事も終わって利便性が上がっていました。 但し、日本人の利用への心配りが少なくなったように感じました。

今回は私と９歳の娘の2人の旅行でした。子供と一緒だと、時差ぼけなどで食事の時間ががまちまちになります。ホテルがワイキキの中心にあるため、食事にはこまりませんでした。シェラトンの立地条件は子連れ旅行には助かりました。また、プールも子供は楽しんでいまし,ホテルのイベントも色々と参加していました。部屋も広かったのですが、一つ小さなソファーなどがあれば、もっとくつろげたと思います。

チェックイン・アウトを含めフロントの対応がよくなかった 全体の印象がホテルの従業員が親切ではない。

９／１１から３泊しました（１７階の普通の部屋）。始めてのホノルルでした。部屋はオーシャンフロント。 場所は最高にいいです。目の前のビーチは狭いですが少し歩けばハレクラニ前のビーチからさらにその先のビーチまで行けます。また、ショッピングはホテル近くの店に行くのは今でもなく、アラモアナへいくピンクトロリーの乗り場も近くにあります。 部屋は普通です。よくも悪くもありません。海が見える部屋にすればもちろんきれいな海が見られます。 ただし、事実だけ言いますと、部屋に小さなゴキブリがいました。加えて、アリが結構います。ありは、ホノルルに来る前に滞在したハワイ島のヒルトン　ワイコロア（６階）でも結構いたのでハワイのホテルではどこでも登場するのかもしれません。 あと、コネクティングルームとしても使用できると […] なりの部屋へのドアがある部屋だったのですが、隣に宿泊している子どもの声が結構聞こえてきました。 ホテル内のレストランなどは行ってないのでコメントできません。 サービス面では５点満点だと３点ぐらいでしょうか。初日にベッドの掛け布団を子どもが汚してしまったので部屋に置いてある「交換をお願いするカード」をベッドの上においておきましたが、チェックアウトするまで替えてはくれませんでした。 日本語で相談できるカウンターには結構お世話になりました。英語を使いこなせれば日本語で相談できる場所はいりませんが、あまり英語に自信がない人にはやはり便利で心強いものです。 １９：００発の羽田行きの飛行機に乗りましたが、１１：００チェックアウトした後、空港に向かうまで荷物をホテルで預かってくれました。 あと、どのホテルでもそうかもしれませんが、hotels.comで事前に費用を払っても、リゾート料金というのが２１ドル弱／人請求されます。 総合的な評価としてはいいホテルだったと思います。もう少しいいシャワーだったらよかったのになぁ、とか部屋にソファの一つでもあればいいのになぁ、とか思うところはありますが、場所が至便・さえぎるものがなく見られる海（そういう部屋を選べば）というのは細かいことは抜きにしてやはりいいと思います。 〔ちなみに、hotels.comで予約する際、メッセージを記載しましたが（英語で）、全く見られてなかったようです。メッセージ欄には記載しても別途ホテルへ直接連絡を入れた方がよさそうです。ちなみに私が書いた英語が意味不明だったからホテル側に通じなかった、とかではないです。自身英語が苦手ではないので） もっと読む

予約時にコネクティングルームを希望していましたがこの時期はずっといっぱいで無理だといわれ一部屋挟んで隣同士の部屋になりました。真ん中の部屋の赤ちゃんが夜、よく泣いている声が聞こえました。金曜日の夜は近くのお店で演奏しているのか、にぎやかな音がしていましたが１２時前には静かになりました。 ダイヤモンドヘッドと海の見える最高の景色の部屋でした。ラナイが手すりではなく腰壁の部屋だったので子供にも怖くなく、またこっそり水着も干せて良かったです。ハワイは日は出ていても結構風が寒くて２歳の子供はプールだと震えてしまって、プールの横にあるジャグジーが暖かくてちょうど良かったです。 ホテルのすぐ北側にロイヤル・ハワイアン・センターのフードコートでお昼をテイクアウトできて便利でした。ベッドメイキングが16時に […] なってもできていなかったり、タオルや水、ティッシュが置いていないということが何度もあって日本人デスクにお願いして持ってきてもらいました。子供のお昼寝に部屋に戻りにくかったのが困りました。 宿泊代込みだった朝食バイキングは納豆、ご飯、味噌汁、お粥がちゃんとあって子供が喜んでいました。サラダもいっぱいあって野菜不足にちょうど良かったです。歯ブラシ、スリッパは置いてないです。 もっと読む

ココは何度も利用していますが、このサイトからの予約は初めてでした。なんとレセプションでスイートにアップグレードして頂いてとても快適なワイキキライフを過ごすことができました。ひとつ残念だったのが部屋のソファーが年代物だったせいか、私と家内、座った後にかゆみと発赤ができたことでしょうか？ここは改善の余地ありですが、他は大満足。ビーチのアクセスも良いし、買い物にも便利なのでおすすめです。

ファミリーに最適と感じました。プールとビーチがあり、にぎやかな雰囲気。部屋も改装されてきれいだし、シャワーもハンド式だったのと、空の冷蔵庫があったのもよかった。ABCストアを含めてショッピングにも便利。また利用したいです。

シェラトンホテル　ワイキキを利用しました。 立地条件は非常によく、快適に過ごすことができました。 ビーチ、プールともに満足しました。

予約していたオーシャンフロントの部屋に不具合があったため、急遽デラックスオーシャンビューの部屋を用意してくれました。部屋からの景色は前に遮るものがなくとにかく絶景。目の前にはワイキキの象徴ダイアモンドヘッド、高層階から見るワイキキビーチ、眼下にはシェラトンのプールとロイヤルハワイアンの緑、夜は夜景がキレイで最高でした。 ホテルのロケーションも文句無し。朝にビーチをジョギングしてもよし、ワイキキのお買い物、レストランにも便利です。またアラモアナまで歩いても30分ぐらいでいい運動になります。 シェラトン特別仕様のベッドは寝心地がとてもよく、快眠できました。 あえて難点をあげると、夜中にビーチで大騒ぎする若者の声が聞こえること、シャンプー、リンスなどのアメニティに力を入れていないこと、ヘアドライヤ […] ーが高温すぎて髪が痛んだことです。 日本人の多い、大型ホテルのイメージが強かったのですが、ロケーションと眺望を考えるとコスパはよいと思います。 もっと読む

ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ後、鍵を持ち部屋に行くと、違う人が既に使用していて、荷物も置いてありました。（たまたま、そのときは部屋の人は不在でした） ﾌﾛﾝﾄに戻ろうとすると、荷物を持ってきてくれていて、荷物と一緒に、部屋の前で、15分ほど待たされました。 従業員は、ﾌﾛﾝﾄと無線で、言い合いになり、結局ﾌﾛﾝﾄまで戻り、２０分くらい待たされ、新しい部屋へ行きました。 最初の部屋は、ﾀﾞｲﾔﾓﾝﾄﾞﾍｯﾄﾞ、海も見える位置だったのに・・・ 次の部屋は、海しか見えず、部屋に入ると、前の人の忘れ物がありました！ しかも女性の下着でした！！ ﾍﾞﾋﾞｰﾍﾞｯﾄﾞをお願いすると、ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞとマットレスのみで、ﾍﾞﾋﾞｰﾍﾞｯﾄﾞで使用できる布団がありませんでした。 キングサイズのﾍﾞｯﾄﾞで予約していたの […] で、ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞの布団では子供は、大きすぎて・・・ しかも、ﾍﾞﾋﾞｰﾍﾞｯﾄﾞに、ｷﾝｸﾞﾍﾞｯﾄﾞの布団を使うと、布団が足りないという状態でした。 滞在3日目には、石鹸がほとんどなく、次に手を洗ったりして、石鹸を使用すると最後かなって状況で・・・ それでも次の日の、部屋の清掃の時には、新しい石鹸に交換されていなかったです。 無くなって初めて、新しい石鹸が届きました。 もっと読む

プールもきれいになり、子どもたちも大喜びです。

大人のプールからの眺望が最高です。 無料のフラレッスンや、レイメイキング（これは３ドル）、ファイアーショーなどもありました。 ラムズファイアーの軽食もスパイシーなメニューが多くて美味しい。 子供のスライダープールもあるので、子供はここが大好きです。

まだ子供ができてない時に、夫婦でハワイに行った時に利用したこのシェラトン・ワイキキホテル。 ビーチもすぐに行けるし、免税店も近くトロリー乗り場も近いので便利だったなと思い、子連れでも割りと動きがとりやすいかと思い選びました。 実際、子供たちはファミリー向けのプール（特にスライダー）も気に入り、海もはしゃいで入って毎日遊び大満足でした。ラナイからはウミガメが泳いでいるのも見れ、それも喜んでいました。 ただ、朝食をとった場所では、鳥が落ちた食べかすをついばみに来ていて、普段よく見ているハトと色が違うからか息子が怖くて泣いて、ご飯どころじゃなくなってしまいそこがちょっと残念でした。 でも、それ以外は大満足でしたし、次回ハワイに行く時もまたこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

ゆっくりプールサイドで過ごすことのできるホテルです。16歳以下は入れないプールがあるので、プールサイドで静かに本を読んだりのんびりしたい人にはとってもいいと思います。

過去5回5利用していますが利便性とプール等施設面出の使い勝手が良く毎回利用しています。 ただ12：00頃頃部屋に戻ると、まだキーピングされていない日が2日ありました。 それと廊下を歩く歩く人の声がの声がきになりました。

以前よりビーチの正面、だけどSC隣接という立地のよさが気になっており、今回奮発して、ocean front の部屋に７泊しました。 部屋の正面からは海しか見えず、そのせいで、逆にわざわざビーチに行く気にもならなかった感じでした。ワイキキ中央に位置するため、買い物の後食事の前に、一旦部屋に荷物を置き、ついでにシャワーも浴びることができて、最高に便利でした。 ただし、部屋数（＝宿泊客数）に対してプールが小さ過ぎ、必然的にデッキチェアの数も圧倒的に少ないため、朝8時には満席になってしまい、早起きしてとりあえず席を取っておく、という争奪戦が毎日繰り広げられていました。プールサイドの音楽もうるさく、ゆったり気分よくバカンスを満喫するには不向きのマンモスホテルという印象です。せっかく面白いプールを自慢に […] しているようなのに、楽しむことができなかったのがとても残念です。それに、ビーチでのデッキチェア＆傘の無料の貸し出しサービスもありません。 なので、短期間で行動的にワイキキ滞在をする人にはお勧めのホテルです。 もっと読む

ハワイ島にもとまっていたので、そこのサービスと比べると寂しい感じしましたが、気も使わずまあいいのかとも思います。 30階のオーシャンフロントの部屋で、ラナイは快適で、真下の海に亀が泳いでいるのが見えました。ダイヤモンドヘッドも見えて最高です。 部屋は広くは無いですが、狭くも無く、二人分それぞれ荷物を広げられます。 ベッドがとっても寝心地がよくてゆっくり眠れます。 ひとつ残念なのは、浴室の臭いです。換気が悪いのか、生乾きのような臭いがして、慣れるまではつらかったです。あと、シャワーの水圧がいまいちなのは仕方が無いのか・・・・・・・ 立地もよく全体的には満足です。

Very comfortable and the outdoor amenity was fantastic - especially the infinity pool and it's outlook.

This hotel is absolutely breathtaking located directly on the beach in Waikiki. My husband and I live locally and went just for the evening and found that we really would have needed 2-3 days to truly enjoy all the hotel has to offer. The only negative thing I can say is that there are a LOT of children and families, but I suppose that's understandable […] for the touristy nature of the area. Also our smoke alarm went off with a piercing alarm early in the morning and we had to call the desk to have it disarmed which took a while. The battery was low and this was the alarm's way of notifying someone. Our stay at the Sheraton Waikiki was great because we were with great friends. Aside from them our stay was anything but great. We are Starwood owners and made our reservations 6 months prior to our arrival for a king bed, ocean view room. When we arrived we got a room with ocean view, period. We received 2 double beds across the room from one another […] and the room was the size of a cruise boat room. Our view was fabulous, but the room was not. We were also told we had access to the Floor providing light breakfast and appetizers in the afternoon. We got there for breakfast only to be told we were not entitled to receive it. How embarrassed we were, especially in front of our friends. It is a good thing it did not define our stay. My husband tried and tried to get a room change or an upgrade, since we are owners, and was turned down each time. We will definitely not stay at this Sheraton again. Very disappointing. もっと読む

We had an amazing time in Waikiki and the Sheraton was a large part of that - great location, smack bang in the middle of Waikiki, great beachfront breakfast bar and evening bars, not to mention the amazing adults-only Infinity pool!! Worth the visit !

We stayed 7 nights in December 2011. Our stay at the Sheraton was so relaxing. The infinity pool with full waiter service was fantastic. It's a very busy time of year so was quite crowded and you need to get there early to grab a lounge. Rent a cabana for the day for prime position and comfort. Everyone seems very aware of each others personal space […] which compensated for how busy it was. The staff were very helpful, the only complaint we had regarding the room was that upon arrival the glasses in our bathroom were dirty and we had wine glasses brought to the room that were also never cleaned by the cleaners during our 7 night stay. The beds and pillows are so comfortable that you have to drag yourself out. Ingredients cafe is a great idea for brekky at a cheap price. The dolphin/sea turtle swim that departs from Ko Olina was awesome and a must. The activities staff can book for you. It's a very early start but well worth it. Take a trip to Ala Moana shopping centre for a great day's shopping. We tried some fantastic restaurants, Roys in Waikiki, Alan Wongs, Morimoto's and would highly recommend. Apart from these 3 restaurants keep in mind that the size of the meals elsewhere are massive, and I mean massive, so when ordering meals be aware, the meal sizes were too big for two people most times. Rumfire and The Beach cafe at Sheraton had good food for lunch at a reasonable price except for the mini dogs with chlli beef, I had to send it back. All in all I would recommend the Sheraton Waikiki for a mix of relaxing and fun/active holiday. It's right on the beach and from the pools you look straight out to the beach and ocean and feel like you're part of it. We had the mountain view room on the top floor which was great. We were hoping for an upgrade but no luck, We figured we wouldn't be in our room much anyway so it didn't matter. Although Room on the small side , very comfortable.Have stayed at this Hotel 3 other times and even though it was being upgraded it was far Superior to other Hotels i.e. The Moana Surfrider which I and a group of 10 stayed last April.

The location and pool are what saves the Sheraton Waikiki. The quality of the room is 2 star at best with mouldy bathrooms, paper and plastic cups and spartan rooms that lack any resemblance of quality or style (and are certainly not contemporary minimalist). We paid for Ocean Front so not the cheap rooms but still the view was the only thing that saved […] us from checking out immediately. The per day hotel charge was fantastic value with 60 mins worth of international calls. free parking, free wifi, bottle of water and use of MP3 and DVD players. Very comfortable hotel ideally located in the heart of Waikiki. Anyone who goes to Hawaii will definitely want to go back and I would definitely stay at the Sheraton.

I always stay at the Sheraton wherever I go so its with great disappointment that I must criticise the Sheraton Waikiki. I paid an enormous amount of money to stay in what I believed was one of the best rooms but besides the view, the room itself especially the bathroom was very tired looking and in desperate need of a refurbishment. Our bedlinen […] had huge holes in them (I don't think even hostels or motels would insult you like this). They don't change your bedsheets because the same yellow stain that was there when I arrived was still there the second day after housekeeping had been in. So I asked them to change it on the third day but they still didn't. After that I just couldn't be bothered with housekeeping anymore. When you ask for fresh towels the maids give you dirty looks and question you like you're a thief. I'm sorry how much money did I pay to stay there again? For the amount I paid the hotel could have purchased me new towels everyday and management would still have more than enough money left over for their Xmas party. The bath amenities are shocking - buy your own if you don't believe my review and intend to still stay at this awful place. We had to because the shampoo doesn't foam, the conditioner is cheap and they don't even give you bath wash - just bad quality soap. And then to add insult to injury when you complain to management they ignore you. Of course, why wouldn't they, I've already returned home, they have my money banked. Who needs to care about their guests when you have already taken their money. It's so disgusting, I've never been treated this poorly and worse I'm actually a starwood preferred guest because like I said I ALWAYS stay at the Sheraton. This is not a rant against the hotel chain, just the the unbelievably rude and arrogant management at the Sheraton Waikiki. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. You will not get what you paid for. Just returned from Oahu a few days ago. My wife and I spent a total of 3 nights at this hotel. Our stay was split 2 nights at the beginning and 1 night at the end. Both rooms were great. My wife wanted to get the same bed and pillows she loved them so much. Sunsets were great whether we were at the pool or at Rumfire havng drinks. After a month on the west coast of mainland USA, we decided to have a relaxing few days in Hawaii on the way home to Australia. After much research we settled on the Sheraton Waikiki and could not have been happier. From the moment we arrived the service was first class, and the breathtaking moment when we first entered our ocean view room was sensational. […] The 180 degree view from Diamond Head to the sun setting was nothing short of amazing, able to watch the sea turtles swimming on the reef beside the edge swimming pool below our balcony on the 27th floor. The tour desk staff deserve a special mention for their advice and assistance when arranging activities. During our relaxing 6 nights at the hotel we spent many hours by the pool followed by evenings of great live entertainment at the Rum Fire lounge (best Mai Tais in town.. and we compared a few places). We booked a snorkelling trip out of Ko Olina and were able to swim alongside spinner dolphins, hired a car and took the beautiful drive around the island. Everything was handled stress free and efficiently by the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel as one of the better we have ever stayed in, location was ideal, right in the heart of Waikiki beach an easy walk to shopping, markets, restaurants, bars and public beaches. 5 star +. もっと読む

The facilities here are great. We could throw almost all the issues out except for the bathroom. I understand salt water corrosion and wear and tear but I have stayed at lesser hotels in countries like Malaysia, Panama, Taiwan with better bathrooms. We chose the Sheraton Waikiki because of the family pool (Helumoa playground) as we were traveling with our 8 year old son. He didn't just like it, he loved it! And it looked just like the pics on the Sheraton website. It's got to be the best family pool in Waikiki so it made our stay very special. The rooms are however basic but because we were upgraded to an ocean view room with a spectacular view of Diamond Head we weren't complaining. We didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't matter and the beds were very comfortable. The location is superb and close to everything. This was a very nice hotel with an excellent location and beach access. Breakfest was also good. Room was on floor six, beach front, right above the outside dining area. There was live music there until about 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and in the afternoons but was not too loud, and actually nice to hear even if you couldn't get away from it. Beaches close by […] were quite crowded and pool area was extremely crowded with people arriving very early and reserving all the pool chairs with their belongings. Even though almost all had no one sitting in them all day we could never get one and thus never really used the pool but went to the beach instead.
