Not far to walk to the main shopping section of Robson Street and Granville. Walking distance to Stanley Park and the water taxis to Granville Island. Hotel was walking distance to everything you could need, however the room was dark and almost grotty. It looks like the carpet hasn't been replaced in 20 years and the beds were hard as a rock! Hotel is fine if you're only going for one night and you're only sleeping in it (as we were) but I wouldn't reccomend for an extended stay or if you have children […] as the floors are so dirty! Also not child-friendly is the shower head, you could have blasted paint off a car with the amount of pressure in that thing! Was a slightly painful experience. Imperial Landmark is located on great area close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Sunset beach, Stanley park. Everything is in walking distance!

Everything was awesome, room was clean and comfortable with amazing views and superconvenient location. The only thing holding back a perfect review was the snotty service by a couple of the front desk team members. I stayed here for a few days while looking for a place to live in the West End. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was, tons of space and a fantastic view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the location of the hotel is perfect, near Stanley Park yet right on Robson near everything you could want […] to be near. The food in the revolving restaurant isn't the best, but the view makes up for it. Maybe go for coffee and desert after hitting up a fab restaurant in Yaletown. One thing you need to know is this hotel does not have a pool or hot tub, so don't expect one and you won't be disappointed. The room was adequate and clean but very dated . . Great views and a 20 minute walk from the convention center . The revolving restaurant upstairs was a suprise, nice views of downtown and the harbor, but the food was very expensive, dinner was good, breakfast not so much

The hotel room was cold - and I am use to a cool bedroom. I made one local phone call for which I was charged $1.12. I think the cost of phone calls should be mentioned to the clients. Otherwise for our one night the hotel was fine. Also paying for parking should be upfront.

The hotel rooms are a little dated, the bathrooms in particular could use some updating, but the price and convenience compensate for those short-comings.

The hotel room was very small. They could use some new carpeting as well as better shower pressure. The revolving restuarant on the 41st floor was awesome.

Nice location for the price. Revolving restaurant at the the top of the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

Room on 21st floor had decent view of the ocean, mountains and city. The room was not in great shape, lamp shades were partially torn, alarm clock flashing with a layer of caked dust, water from sink would get VERY hot with no warning, etc. But you get what you pay for. It's on the low end for Vancouver. Concierge seemed rushed and terse (weekday). […] Poor service in Cloud 9 on a Friday night. We had a really good time at this hotel. It was close to downtown and Stanley park. We were also placed on the 35th floor with the most amazing view of the city! The downsides were an unhelpful staff who were rude at times and did not give helpful recommendations to food and attractions. The bathrooms were also much to be desired. This is a basic hotel with just a basic and clean room. However, view is spectacular and a great value for the view. Hotel has a slow rotating restaurant on the top (42th floor) that is great. Ambiance is great at the hotel however, the drinks are a bit expensive and too dilute for its cost. I found the Empire Landmark quaint - and the views from the rooms breathtaking! I would definately stay there again. Lovely.

The first room i was put into on the 20th floor was dated for sure, with the coffee pot not heating the water and the 1980's fixtures being not quite in good repair. Following a problem from another guest on the same floor in the middle of the night, which the security guard acted immediately to solve, i was moved to the 37th floor. Jock at the front desk is the perfect introduction to the Empire Landmark. This hotel, although on the older side, has had some renovations and is very comfortable. The room was great with coffee maker and fridge. I only stayed for a short time but was very comfortable and clean. Parking and WiFi were included - location is excellent.

I had a room on the 26th level facing Stanley Park. Most reviewers say that the hotel is in need of a facelift but truthfully it is not bad at all. Booked online and got a really cheap rate. Hotel was fantastic value for money. Views from 36th floor amazing. 3 blocks to the park and 10 mins to heart of Vancouver. Highly recommend

If you are on a budget and wanting to stay close to downtown, this hotel may worth it. However, the maintenance is awful and the rooms are tiny.

I am from california. I never have rashes on my knee from the bad sheet that was big surprise. Very small room and parking extremely easy but they don't tell you that in the night how to get in and out. Front eddy service was horrible.

Great Location on Robson - near shopping and restaurants. View from the revolving restaurant was spectacular - although in the morning we wanted to have breakfast, but only offered a pricey buffet - would have been nice to have lighter option. Great location but the pictures made the hotel seem nicer than it was. Bathroom was not so nice as well as the room. Beds weren't too comfortable either. Great place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep.

Ive been coming to the 'Couv for over a decade now and have stayed in many hotels. I have to say this was one of the most convenient stays ive had in Vancouver. I will totally come and stay again at the Empire Landmark!

Room I got from hotel .come was very small no way to move I end up to pay to hotel more money to update my room even the room I got after It wasn't comfort .Dirty .painful stay .I will not recommend to any one.

Room was great and have stayed many times due to the location but the walls are very thin. Last visit in Feb. our neighbours where very loud and not very considerate of the fact they where not the only ones staying at this hotel. I got a deluxe room on the 17th floor, with the English Bay view. The room is spacious with a sitting area and a mini refrigerator. There were unknown noises during my stay at night. It was like some machines constantly making noises throughout the night. Maybe it was because my room was close to the service elevator.
