I was a nice place to stay. Hard to find. Need directional signs to find the resort. The resturant did not open until 8, we were looking for breakfast before that time. Property needs updating. It was a good deal for the rate we paid, would not pay the regular price, it was not worth it.

Rooms are spacious, well-appointed and quiet. Staff was very attentive, and the grounds were well-maintained. Golf course looked fabulous, though I did not have time to partake. Silence in the hotel room is important, and don't enjoy hearing either the plumbing or TV of neighboring rooms, and this hotel was perfect in that it was truly quiet!!

After finding the hotel which is a little off the beaten path, we were really impressed. The luxury of the room far exceeds the price you pay. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. They even provided guest bathrobes. We would like to visit again to be able to use more of the facilities and the golf course.

I am always very nice and don't usually complain, however, I feel that others need to be warned about this hotel property. Unfortunately there was no one at the desk when I arrived at 4:00 p.m. (check in time) on Thanksgiving day. When I rang the bell, I was greeted by a surly girl who could have cared less weather I was a guest or not. By the way she […] behaved, I could have just woken her up! She was rude, didn't smile and ended up giving me the worst possible room. The room was on the first floor and ended up being VERY NOISY due to the fact that it was surrounded by a street on one side and the parking lot and garbage dump on the other. It was right next to the stairs, so when people would walk (or children would run) up and down the stairs, it was very annoying. In addition, the insulation was very poor, so I could easily hear doors slamming along with people in the room above, next door and out in the hallway. There was hardly any circulation, so if I turned on the AC, even on low, it would turn off after about 15 minutes. If I opened the window or sliding glass door, it was too noisy with the cars and various delivery and garbage trucks in the parking lot. I have to say that the other staff walking around (mostly housekeeping and maintenance crew) were all very nice and friendly. After my trip, I heard that if you book your hotel room through sites offering discounted rates, the hotel staff will give you their worst rooms. もっと読む

The property sits at the back of a subdivision which allows for a quiet atmosphere. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator. This place was amazing when I got to the hotel early they had no problem with it. The girls were super nice and friendly. The rooms were so nice and for the money worth it. Best part was the beds had down comforters rather then the nasty blanket other hotels have. I would def stay here again loved it

morgan run has some nice facilities but the hotel does not appear to be a priority. the rooms are ok but the hotel building is a bit dated i.e. carpets, windows, etc.

We had a nice stay at this hotel and very reasonably priced. The staff in the restaurant was top notch, the front desk were mediocre. Easy access from hwy 5 but a little distance to services other than onsite amenities. Sticker price shock on a cup of coffee from there coffee bar in lobby.

This place exceeded my expectations. Yes the halls are a little dated and their are stairs but for the price it was outstanding. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The grounds are beautifull and I would stay there again.

We got a great deal for this hotel. It is a resort. The rooms are actually in buildings, almost like little apartments. You get your own balcony if you're on the second floor, and the bed is soooo comfortable. The room is large, shower/bath are comfortable. We were guaranteed a King bed when I booked on hotels.com but when we got there all that was left were 2 queens in a room. I felt like jerry seinfeld when he booked the car rental and then it wasn't reserved...what was the point of being guaranteed a King and then they don't keep it for you????? I had TWO bad experiences. I left the Hotel at 3pm Saturday and at that point the cleaning staff had NOT come to clean my room. I called the front desk to tell them that and they said they were probably still coming(I thought that was late to be doing,but ok). I returned to my room at 8:05pm to find my room cleaned but my room door was OPEN...THE CLEANING […] STAFF NEVER closed my door.(TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE)...I called the front desk to confirm that the Restaurant was still OPEN (as I had not eaten) and the lady told me that the Restaurant had closed early at 8:00pm as it was slow.
