Disappointed by the closure of the family pool area. But the room comfort and amenities were good.

Very good impression overall. The room was bright and spacious, and well decorated, and the price was reasonable. The washroom in the room was somewhat tired-looking and would benefit from a refurbishment. The swimming […] pools offered a relaxing reprieve from the day's visits, although it was somewhat noisy due to vehicle traffic on the neighbouring highway. We enjoyed stunning sunsets from the small beach. The main negative we experienced upon arrival at 13:30 when we were told that check-in was at 16:00. We walked around to kill time and returned at 16:00 to be told that the room was still not ready. We and other guests started reluctantly putting pressure on front desk staff to accelerate the process. We finally managed to get our keys at 16:15, got our luggage in the room by 16:45 and were in the pool by 17:30, pretty late to enjoy the day. もっと読む

My Finace and I are from out of state and visiting family in Fl so we thought we would escape for a night down to the Keys. We were satisfied with the hotel and what it had to offer. We were disappointed with the price of margaritas on the beach and they were not that big...in a 12 oz cup. comfortable bed/nice view from balcony 3rd and 4th floors only otherwise trees are i in the way somewhat worn carpets and decor service during breakfast was at best mediocore breakfast menu needs to be rethinked beach activities very good - great jetskies, parasailing. Pools very nice with waterfalls separating adult from children pools Parking ok

Stayed for 5 nights and was able to connect to their internet for a total of 2 hours. Made my stay very frustrating as I wanted to get some work done in the mornings and play the rest of the day. They did refund the internet fee but I lost a lot of play time running to the lobby and elevator area to get both an internet and phone connection.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and serene atmosphere. Beautiful adult beach area. Food was great also. Definitely stay again.

It is so nice to find a (man-made) white sandy beach in Key Largo. Everywhere else is rocks. The hotel is secluded with great canopy of trees. Very tranquil. Loved bringing the lounge chairs in the water to keep cool under the kiss of the sun. The treetop restaurant has a beautiful sunset view and the dinner menu is simply perfect. Was not worth what we paid. Room not initially furnished with proper number of towels, cups, etc. no mini fridge no fan in bathroom - very steamy

Did not like that there was no place fr our family to eat our lunch were not allowed food or drinks on beach or ny pool a family can not afford to buy every meal out and be rare of hidden fees to park per day really???????? And wifi fees most r free !!!!!

If you're looking for a real Hilton hotel, look elsewhere. This is a typical Keys type hotel, outside rooms etc. Yes the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, but I'm glad I was able to use a reward night and get a nice deal, because I would not have been happy paying full price for this room as it would not have been worth it.

My wife and I stopped here on our way out of the Keys after spending 3 days at the Sheraton Suites in Key West. This hotel was very nice and opulent, but we both felt the grounds were just too wooded. If your room is on the first or second floor facing the water, you will not see anything but the tops of trees. We opted for the Ocean View, glad we did. The "Canopy View" looks into the plants; would not be able to see anything!!!!

The Hotel is great for relaxing and just enjoying the beach.....it has hammocks in an area full of trees which is great for a nap. Nice clean room and peaceful beach. Unfortunately our stay was marred by almost constant noise starting in the early morning of grounds workers with leaf blowers. Does not meet Hilton standards! Tired property. Over priced!

The hotel was very nice, and the surrounding canopies were gorgeous. The hotel has an emphasis on wildlife, so there was a beautiful mix of different trees and plants, as well as having a nice ocean view.The pool with the waterfall was beautiful and there was a lovely bar situated just close to it. The resort was beautiful driving and checking in. It definitely needs to be updated. The first room we were in had nice beds but rusted lights in the bathroom and the bench in the entry needed to be cleaned. It had some negatives. Fantastic location! Easy access to water sports, swimming. Holiday season social program. Reasonable (but not excellent) amenities. A little expensive if not booking in advance.

Great time, clean, lots of water activities and great drinks. We wish the out soor tiki bar stayed open later

construction was going on at the time,and no one told us about that.The beach closed. Truck were passing under our window from early am till late after noon. We were forced the leave the hotel and find other places of interest.Would of never stayed at this hotel if we new about the construction.Would not of checked in and found another location.

Very relaxing beaches. Nicely maintained with friendly staff. Comfortable room.

The seclusion of the property with its private beach and pier are the most compelling aspects of the hotel, amidst the over run and often trashy keys. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed the hotel. My only complaint is the $15 + tax charge for parking each night. This isn't obvious when you book online. Most other places in Key Largo do not charge for parking. Just a way to pad the bill.

parken kostet 14 dollar, internet 12 dollar.das resort bietet kaum was. wirkt eher verlassen. wie das ganze key largo derzeit mitte dezember. eher nur als over night stop zu empfehlen. wir wuerden es nicht mehr buchen.

nice private quite secluded beach, pool has waterfall to drown the high way noise beach built in the 70's but in good shape very relaxing

We stayed here on our vacation to the Keys and this is a great resort. Any kind of activity one could want to partake in on the water is available. I strongly suggest relaxing in a hammock beachside. Restaurants and town is not too far. The staff is super polite and helpful. I would give this place a 10, but the ratings only go to five.

Had a sea room view on 3rd floor. This is lowest floor would suggest having for a sea view as the trees are otherwise too high to see over the top of to the sea. Lovely room and beautiful setting. Do not stay here.

nice hotel with beautiful beach, nice amenities plus very good restaurant. overall a little pricy due to the fact that parking and internet is charged extra. prior booking I read another report about the 3G reception, and I can confirm, it is almost zero there. just a couple of meter back to the street it is running perfect!

The place was a dump. Ceilings discolored from rain. Old furniture. Television picture on both televisions was poor; ants were coming in our third floor room thru the front threshold. It smelled musty and was damp. When it rained, a large puddle formed outside our door. The decking and ramps leading down to the beach were rotting. Rotted wood had been […] filled in with putty and wood filler; looked dangerous to me. There was a daily undisclosed parking charge assessed when we got there; it is many miles from any airport with no shuttle service, so it was a guaranteed extra charge for them, as you have to drive to get there. You had to walk across the parking lot to get to the swimming pool and spa, which I did not consider to be in the best of condition, either. Our room was on the north end of the property. There is a loading bay right in the middle front of the hotel. The last night we were there, we needed to sleep, as we had an early flight to catch in Ft. Lauderdale. At 3 a.m., a truck came in to unload. The driver took 30 minutes to back in with his backup alarm going off during the process. It woke us up and I assume everyone else as well, as it was very loud. We just loaded up and left. I would not return to this place again. I also will not trust the "four star" hotels.com rating from now on either. Hotel advertises the tree-top view patios, but there was green mold everywhere. You could tell the sliding glass doors had not been cleaned on the outside in ages. Free s'mores and musician on the beach on Friday night. Games available (ping-pong, corn toss), but better lighting would allow for night-time play. Rooms smell like mildew but the stay was perfect otherwise

Stayed in this hotel for a wedding. Hotel lobby was beautiful. Beach was small but quite beautiful as it is overgrown with exotic trees. The room did smell musty but it wasn't overpowering. I got used to it after being in there a few minutes. The staff was wonderful and timely. The food and drinks were certainly not worth the prices but there are many […] fabulous restaurants right down the road with decent pricing and fabulous menus. The pool area was very clean and fun. Love that they have 2 pools, one for adults and 1 for families. The hot tub is secluded which was nice also as who wants to try to relax in a hot tub with a million kids running around.
