まったく文句の無い施設・部屋とサービスです。 さすがシャングリラクォリティです。 香港ではいつもここに滞在します。

今回ホライズンクラブルームに宿泊しました。 ハーバービューだったので部屋の大きな窓から香港島を一望でき、昼も夜の眺めも最高でした。 世界のシャングリラだけあり、サービスも何も言うことはなく、また香港に戻ってきたいと思わせるホテルでした。

YMCAに2泊した後、ｼｬﾝｸﾞﾘﾗに1泊しましたが、立地の良さは、YMCAですが、これぞ香港という素敵な夜景とホテルライフは、比べものにならない位、ｼｬﾝｸﾞﾘﾗは最高でした。

今回、2度目の香港です。２１Ｆにあるホライゾンクラブに宿泊しました。他の国のホテル同様、やはり良いですね。ゆっくり朝食をたべたり、お茶を飲んだり、そして、カクテルタイムは美しい夜景をみたり、ゆっくりできました。部屋の広さもゆったりしていました。だだ、残念なのは、部屋が海側ではなかった事と私のパジャマをわすれたことです。

カオルーン・シャングリラホテルは、チムサツイの繁華街から徒歩で10分ほど離れているだけですが、とても静かです。ホテル内の設備や部屋が広いので、観光やビジネスにもゆっくりできて最適です。

とても快適に過ごせました！ ホテルのスタッフに日本語を話せる人がいました。 チェックイン、アウトともにテキパキやっていて シャングリラに泊る前の４泊はマカオのホテルや香港の違うホテルに泊まったのですが、シャングリラがすごく良く感じました（笑） 部屋はとても清潔でした。 オーシャンビューに泊ったのですが 香港の夜景が良く見えましたよ～ ただ、部屋のせいか、立地のせいか 香港島を見て左側を見ている感じです。 全体的に大満足なホテルでした(@^^)/~~~

ロケーションが良い割に価格が安く良かったです。 部屋からの景色も設備もきれいで満足しました。 インターコンチネンタルが好きで今回も泊まる予定でしたが、前から気になっていたカオルーンシャングリラに泊まって見ました。さすがに部屋のグレードと景色の見え方は少々違いはありますが、今回インターコンチネンタルの前と中が工事中（改装中）であまり快適でない感じになっていたので、なおさら良かったと感じました。近くに気軽なレストランがあるのもおすすめです。外国の方が多かったです。

カオルーンシャングリラは非常に快適でした。 この次香港に行った時にもシャングリラを使います。部屋も清潔で、ホテルマンも特に日本人の担当者のサービスが良かったです。

従来の香港は3泊が多いためHK$1000程度のホテルでしたが、今回は欧州帰りの1泊故贅沢をして九龍シャングリラのハーバービューに泊りました。以前からシャングリラグループホテルは利用しているので、慣れはありますが、さすがハーバービューは前面に香港島が広がり素晴らしかったです。あまり知られていませんが、ホテル内の香宮はコストパーフォーマンスが高いお勧めの中華レストランです。

ハーバービュー二間続きのの良い部屋で、とっても楽しく過ごせました。ホテルでの時間が少なかったのが少し残念。 帰国の日も正午まで居て、空港への駅まで無料で送ってくれました。香港は5回目ですが、一番良かった。また行きます。

スウィートにアップグレードしてもらい、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。

Loved this place...and the breakfast buffet is worth the upgrade in the room....do it....you won't be disappointed....

This hotel has by far the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed in. I requested a car to transport 7 people on a 10 minute notice and they came through. They saved my night.

Hotel was lovely.. just a little less convenient than the Intercontinental where we had stayed previously.

This amazing hotel was in the best location with superb views of the harbour. It was luxuriously appointed even down to the non-slip shower surface, and service was at all times excellent. The restaurants were also excellent, with the buffets extremely well provisioned and convenient. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Hong Kong.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Tsim sha tsui area and overlooks the harbor. The staff is always gracious and remembers you after only one stay. I also often use the car service from the airpot to the hotel - always on-time, courteous, and relaxing. There are some nicer hotels (or at least more updated), but these people do a great job.

I usually stay at the JW MArriott in Hong Kong. I heard a lot about the Shangr-La and decided to stay there during my last visit. I was disappointed that my room didn't have the usual amenities that a five star hotel should provide like a shower cap a sewing kit. The bathrobe was used by me the first day but when the room was cleaned it wasn't replaced. […] There wasn't a nice cup of hot chinese tea waiting for me in my room when I arrived which most hotels in Hong Kong do which is very welcoming to guests. Lastly the room didn't have a coffee or hot water maker for tea, I realize this hotel is trying to make money any way it can but guests want the convenince of having coffee and not waiting for for it for 45 minutes. I would say my experience was 3 star and I don't think I will go back to this hotel on my next upcoming trip. The internet in the hotel was also very slow. もっと読む

The service and food was excellent, though the room was a bit dated. The Harbour view is well worth the extra expense, and breakfast buffet not to be missed.

Excellent recommandation from Hotel.com. Arrived very late with 2 small children , check in directly in the room and in a few minutes, children s bed ready; lots of little attentions for children 1st two days like bathrobe, bath products, small slippers, biscuits. Suite very nice, calm, clean and good size for a family. Personel very nice, anwering […] any request warmly and efficiently. . Great view from the club on HK island. Really good hotel in great location and great views. Nice lobby and bars/restaurants. Close to everything.

I have stayed at the Shangri-La most of my career when having to be in Hong Kong. I found the hotel not up to today's standards. It is in need of a revamp. Rooms are tired and if I didn't know any better I would think it has undergone a chnage of ownership. It felt more like a Hilton than the Shangri-La. We are going to try the Shangri-La on the HK […] side next time to see if it is better there. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a female "concierge" dressed in traditional clothes, it was clear this was going to be a fantastic experience. The staff is impeccably friendly and courteous and the lobby screams of luxury and opulence. The hotel is fualtlessly clean and sumptuously appointed, right down to the rugs in the elevator that […] are changed daily to reflect the days of the week! The room was just as satisfying; spacious and beautifully appointed with a fully stocked desk that forgets nothing for the business traveler, including a fax machine in one of the dresser drawers. The decor was lovely and serene and very aesthetically pleasing. And the bathroom! Very luxurious, complete with a divine marble shower and even a rainshower fixture attached to the ceiling! After three miserable days in Guanzhou and a treacherous bus ride back to Hong Kong, the long shower was just what I needed to wash away the day, followed, of course, by a fantastic 90 minute massage at the gorgeous, fully appointed spa. We enjoyed a lovely authentic Italian meal at the hotel's Italian restaurant. The following morning treated us to delightful breakfast at Cafe Kool, surrounded by an eclectic sampling of international travelers, all well rested and in a jovial mood. My only regret was that we only had on night at this grand hotel and I am eagerly looking forward to my next trip to Hong Kong where I will surely return to the Shangri-La, Kowloon. もっと読む

The service and staff at this hotel are an absolute delight. Always smiling and eager to assist. Our room faced the sea. It was spacious, well fitted and with everything we wished for. We would definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit HK.

Everything is great, except that the bathroom looks like something out of the 70's with the combination shower/bath. Those horrible bathrooms have GOT to go.

The hotel rooms and public spaces have now been renovated, and are much improved. The rooms were very tired previously.

My wife and I were really impressed with this hotel and its facilities as well as the high level of service, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Our Harbour view room was very roomy and trendy. The hotel is well located and provides great views over the harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. Only slight negative with this hotel I can think of is […] that the pool is quite small but we were so busy with other things that we did not even feel like swimming. Godt hotel tæt på alting, og ved vandet. God morgenmad. God størrelse på værelset. Rengøring ikke fantastisk, og manglede lige den sidste med service.
