I would have given this place a 5, but we had to wait almost two hours to get our room. We were told that we would be called once our room was ready, but no contacted us. They did let us leave our bags with the concierge, so that was helpful. Great location but not a great Hotel. Very sparse, uncomfortable chairs, rooms were cheap with a cooler instead of a refrigerator. Hot water was luke warm at best.

Stayed three nights for business and really enjoyed it. Very convenient being connected to the mall. Had free parking onsite or valet if you like. Would recommend this hotel for anyone.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel was exactly what I wanted and location fitted my needs. However they lost my car for over an hour before they were able to get it to me and was continuously telling me it was on its way. A little disturbing when all else was great.

I was supposed to have adjoining rooms as I had three of my daughters with me. When we signed in, we were told there were no adjoining rooms and would have to take rooms side by side. That is, of course, not adjoining rooms. If your rooms are booked and paid for, you should have what you requested.

If you want to go shopping and stay in a nice hotel, I recommend the Westin Hotel. It is very clean and has a great situation all around the hotel area you can find restaurants and shops and more shops.
