一番安い部屋を取りましたが、それでも充分広く、35平米くらいはあったと思います。洗面所も広くて使いやすかったです。寝具も良かったです。特に低くて長いまくらがあったのが助かりました。ただ、同じ値段ですが、全てにおいて羽田空港のエクセルホテルにはかないませんが。 チェックインはあっさりしたもので何の説明もありませんでした。テレビがうまく付かなかったのでフロントに電話し、この対処は早かったですが、風呂の栓のやり方が分からず電話した時は、待てど暮らせど係員は来ませんでした。これは栓を手動でいじって開け閉めするものでした。workout roomは1階の北の端にあります。これは使いやすかったです。Westinは全ての施設で同じ説明書(ホテル内の案内が書いてあるファイル)を使っているらしく、館内地図が付 […] いていませんでした。レストランは普通に美味しかったです。 もっと読む

ホテルのロケーションは最高です。 部屋の中の雰囲気は、とても素敵で、シャンデリアなども、アンティーク調で気に入りました。 旧館は、設備が古く、エレベーターは時間がかかります。

ケーブルカーのターミナルに近く、ミュニバス、ミュニメトロにも近く、ショッピング、食事環境も良好でサンフランシスコを楽しむ拠点としては絶好の位置にある。部屋も大きく清潔で窓からの景色も良好。

ユニオンスクエアのまん前で、買い物にも街歩きにも最高のロケーションでした。バートやケーブルカー、バスに乗るにもかなり便利。 ちょうどクリスマスシーズンでしたので、ロビーのデコレーションも豪華で楽しめました。

パウエルストリート駅から徒歩３分くらい。ユニオンスクエアのまん前で立地抜群。非常に便利。迷うこともおそらく絶対無いです。周囲もデパート・コンビ二（ウォルグリーンズ）・ダイナーなどショップ多数。 口コミには「壁が薄い」とありましたが、気にするほどではぜんぜんないです。なにより掃除がいきとどいていて気持ちよいです。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。 また泊まりたいたいです。

Service is average compared with Japanese City Hotels. However, the price of stay is very economical and the location is excellent. I would like to recommend that Japanese travelers stay at this hotel rather than staying at Hilton, Nikko and Hyatt regency around Union Square.

great location but dont touch touch the contents of the fridge for more than 10 sec or else they'll charge you

Overall nice experience. All doorman but one were polite and non aggressive for tips. Good steak house, great location!

Vey bad. I got there very late there, and I couldn't get a room because they were in a daily systems security audit. It took 30 minutes to have a room at 2:30 in the morning. The front desk personnel didn't help at all

Great hotel services and fantastic location only down side was that I had booked a classic queen bed and it was quiet definitely a double bed and for a couple would have been a small bed in a small room but clean . It's an old hotel - the Lobby area is very nice and it's in a great location but the walls are thin and my loud neighbors made it hard to sleep, I could almost hear every word they said. I also had a room where the TV was to the side of the bed, it's a bit nit picky but that is a pet peeve of mine!

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of good restaraunts and shopping was awesome!

The room was dirty with mildew on the walls near the window. The bathtub was dingy and the pillows and towels were old an worn. The minibar was broken but in use. Room was nice, but I had stayed previously in a renovated room in a different tower that was much more modern. Check-in staff was excellent. Room was ready at 8:30 am, we were offered a late check-out and umbrellas for the rainy weather. Thanks Yvonne!

Great location, especially for shopping and tourist site seeing. Lovely old hotel in great condition. Bathroom amenities limited but clean. Oak room restaurant had great food at good prices. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It was a great location but the room was expensive for what it actually was. Had one of the fancy titles where in reality, it was a small room with a king size bed. Not the King Suite that was described or showing in the pictures. Location is what makes it complete. Would I go back there? I would look at other options first. Excellent, excellent hotel ... can't say enough.

There was a hair in the tub that they didn't remove after complained 3 times.

A good choice to be in the heart of the city for a good value.

while lugging my luggage up the front steps, bellman no where to be seen. misdirection to the right set of elevators, that had me walking miles away in another building tower. banquet food was horrible. i expected better for a $135. ticket. chicken dry, not all courses available, "we ran out of salad, if you want one you have to call the manager over […] and he will get you a salad" this sounded a bit extreme. no coffee service, after pouring coffee for three people at a table of eight. very rude wait service. with the exception of downtown noise, and drunk young people yelling in the hall at 2am, the st francis is still a charming,(large, multibuilding) hotel. would istay there again. $58 per nite parking for hotel guest. no もっと読む

We absolutely loved it. We have a 3 month old baby and he was just in love with the place! Great views, great service. Great all around, but mainly wonderful location - central to everything.

I have nostalgic feelings for this hotel from my youth, my mother and I used to come and have lunch while we were downtown shopping. Loved staying at this hotel!! The location was amazing and it offerred something for everyone. Those "heavenly beds" are truly heavenly. I have difficulty sleeping away from home, but not on those beds, they are so comfortable! Especially enjoyed the fresh donuts served in the lounge in the mornings. The hotel is in a great situation and has a grand entrance and public area. However, the rooms are tiny. You can get the same convenience at much lower price, if you don't care about the entrance and foyer.

This hotel is right across the street from Union Square, close to shopping and the cable car turnaround on Powell. There's a great breakfast place up Powell called Sear's, and Roxanne's is one block further up, if there's a line at Sear's. We stayed on the 25th floor of the tower and had a great view. There are two restaurants inside the hotel. We ate at the quieter Oak Room - a beautiful room with good food. Excellent Hotel - perfect location....

Great old hotel with a lot of charm and a good lobby bar. Great location and staff. My only complaint is the room was noisy with pipe noise and we could hear a lot of hallway noise.

I love the St Francis for both convenience and history. The room we got through Hotels was in the old building and was very small and cramped.

Theaters, transportation, and idenity make the St Francis to stay. Hotel staff about 50% are GREAT the other, need to find new jobs that they enjoy! Closet room had paint peeling. Removal of mini bar left a huge hole in the side of cabinet which was surprising to see in a Westin. The desk phone did not work and still was not working when I departed […] 4 nights later and 4 phone calls to request repair. This was in the new tower which I paid extra for. Fabulous location and awesome views of Union Square from our room. Nice interior and lots of history to the hotel. Only glitch was that the person who checked us in watched us stand in the Starwood Preferred line for over 5 minutes (she was in the "regular" section. She had NO one to service. Finally my husband walked over two computers to her non existant […] line and asked to be checked in. Then all of a sudden, she could help him. What a joke. I walked off to explore the lobby with my son until my husband came up to me, irritated that I must be the one to check us in, because the reservation was in my name. He left our bag at the counter and we switched off with our son. She was not rude directly, but their was an air of snobbiness that I have not ever experienced in any hotels around the world. Then as I was done checking in, I leaned down to get our bag and she says, "Yes, that is his bag." As if it was some strange fools. I replied politely by saying, "No. It is OUR bag. Thank you." She gave me a smile then a snide look. This check in clerk might consider being much more careful about her "attitude" with clients. She has no idea the annual incomes, nor anything else about clients. Because I used hotels.com, she assumes that I am on a budget. Her attitude would make me reconsider another stay hear. We went here to celebrate my wife's birthday. We booked a deluxe grand king tower room. The first room they gave us faced the rear of the building and the view was so so. Also one of the windows were sealed with duct tape of all things. I asked for another room and the were kind enough to give us one facing union square. The views of the city from the […] bay window were breath taking. The room was large and clean except for the chaise lounge chair. It had what looked to be an old disgusting stain on it. What it was, I can't say in this review. Needless to say, we never sat on that chair but otherwise the room was great. We ate at the Bourbon Steak House which is located in the Hotel. The location, amenities and overall apperance of the St. Regis were great! The lobby, Clock Bar and Bourbon restaurant were all very modern and clean and the staff was all very friendly. We stayed in a basic double room in the original hotel. Overall, the rooms were nice, but in need of some updating...mostly in the bathrooms, specifically the shower/tub. […] The fixtures are old and outdated.
