"Satisfatory and unsatisfactory"

Satisfactory : We arrived 8AM from Mumbai, however bell boy suggested receptionist to prepair the room for us and we could enter the room. Also at the time of dinner, one of our daughter suddenly fell into sleep in the restaurant Peshawari. However they kindly brought the dishes into our room. Unsatisfactory: we stayed Rajputana Royal room located in EVA wing. The key of the door entering into EVA wing was broken and I could not open the door for about thirty minutes. I infomrd through nearest telephone four times and went reeption three times. However, no one of the hotel helped me to open he door.
