  エグゼクティブフロア宿泊者はラウンジでk簡単な朝食をとることができてよかった。立地もよく快適。しかしカードキーにエレベータが反応しないのが、困った（エグゼクティブフロアへのエレベータボタンをおすのに必要）。メンテナンスに問題あり。

  メトロポリタンオペラ鑑賞で毎年12〜1月ごろ、ニューヨークに行きます。ホテルはブロードウエイエリアに決めています。今回は前年とホテルを代えようと探し、ノボテルに決めました。ハドソン河が遠くに望め、タイムズスクエアの夜景もたっぷり楽しめる〜、地下鉄の駅にも近く、1階にはドラックストアがあり、今迄の何処よりも快適に過ごせました。リクエストもきちんと聴いてもらえ、このホテルにして良かったた！と思います。スタッフも感じがよく親切でした。今回は、３人、３室、５泊の利用でしたが、みんな大満足でした。

  This is my second time staying at this hotel. Yes, the rooms are not spacy, but it's Manhattan. I'm ok with that. pros: very reasonable price for it's location, freindly and helpful staff. cons: building itself is a bit old (which I can tolerate), the cleaning is a bit "meh" (the bathtub did not seemed to be washed when we arrived), the club on the first floor(lots of drunks at night). Overall it's a good deal for it's price.

  ＊移動が多かったので、地下鉄の駅が近くて２線通っているのは助かりました。夜も人通りが多く、不安にはなりませんでした。近隣にはカフェやドラッグストアが近くにあるので、生活用品や食事には困りません。　＊＊室温調節がむずかしかったです（尋ねればよかったのですが）。あと冷蔵庫やポットがないこと、ベッドサイドにコンセントがないのは少々不便に感じました。

  NYでは珍しくフロントスタッフが本当に丁寧で素晴らしかったです。フリーのチョコレートクッキーをいただきました。お部屋も綺麗だし静かで全体的にとても良かったです！

  Stay: 2013-01-11 & 2013-01-17. Hotel was clean and amentities excellent. During checkin on first day: Staff was good and check out by Ms. Ellen was very pleasant, she asked what the hotel could have done better to make my stay even more comfortable. I was satisfied and promised to stay again on my return journey. On the second stay it was a NIGHTMARE the checkin staff Fred? Caucasian with a hugh frame would not check me in asked me to come back a 16:00 pm dismissively with no reference to go to the concierge for some help on how to while away the time. I had to go on a trip out of NY that I did not need but just to make sure when I get back this staff would have gone home. Yes when I came the checkin staff was Ms. Carolyn and she asked why I was coming in late and so I told her my experience and how Ms. Ellen was nice the last time I was checking out. She immediately went to get Ms. Ellen, who after hearing of my experience together tried to make my stay a memorable one, offering some additional services even though they were not responsible for the problem. This was very moving and feel the management should know this staff Ms. Ellen and Ms. Carolyn take their work seriously, I will be back to the hotel again.

  ホテルマンのサービスと接客が最高でした。一階illyのコーヒーショップのホスピタリティも最高でしたし、美味しいillyのコーヒーを購入して、ロビーでゆっくりコーヒーを楽しめるセルフサービスも、他のホテルでは味わえません。部屋に冷蔵庫がないのが残念ですが、必ず、また泊まりにいきたいです。
